Ray Taylor in mid season form there.

In all seriousness, good pass and catch from Garner/Funchess. Tough to make that play as a DB especially against a receiver that big.

Lets see that in the game!!! 161 days until kickoff anyone else excited???
But the real interesting part was David Dawson at center. I didn't know he was being tried out at that position... Interesting, very interesting....
Quite, quite.
Agree.

Dawson at LG. It's Mason Cole at LT, BTW
Dawson's pretty slow out of his stance there. Hurst looks pretty quick. I like seeing Deveon Smith step up and initiate contact in pass protection
Also really nice throw and catch by Devin and Devin
The interesting part is that you have access to a secret clip where Dawson is playing center.
What else are you keeping from us?
I hope to see some more of these.
Maybe this is a downer thing to say, but making spectacular catches has never been Funchess' problem. I'd be much more excited to see a video of him making a bunch of routine catches on slant patterns without dropping any.
That was thee most bland 1-handed catch, ever. Okay, somewhat tongue in cheek, but really, there must not have been too much else exciting in practice yesterday.
Maybe they just want to keep Derrick Green's 90-yard touchdown run and Maurice Hurst's 80-yard scoop-and-score a secret.
maybe Coach Nuss will actually have a jump ball to funchess...that would have looked nice against Ohio with about 20 seconds to go...either way, great play!

He probably looks bigger because he's bigger.
I hope Gardner develops the same mind meld with Funchess as he had with Gallon last year. With Funchess's size and athleticism, if they get the timing routes down, he will be damn near undefendable.
