One of the greatest running backs in the history of a school that has an illustrious list of past heroes at that position. Corum was a real joy to watch. He was a critical part of Michigan's success over the last three years. I don't think Michigan wins the national championship or three big ten titles without him.

Josh Wallace officially declared as well. So far, everyone we thought would declare has. I think the only ones left are JJ, Donovan, Barner and Trente that are at least 50/50

Corum is in the top 3 of my favorite Michigan RBs of all time, and produced 2 of what I believe are in the top 5 Michigan RB seasons of all time.

2022 - If not for an injury I believe he was on his way to a 200yd game against Illinois and likely another 2 TDs (that game wouldn’t have ended up close at all). If not for the injury I could see him with 2 more 100 yd/2 TD games against OSU and TCU, and probably would have been the winning difference in the TCU game, setting up a title game against Georgia. Who knows how he would have done there but an 1800 yd, 22-23 TD season may have at least seen him in NY for the Heisman, if not actually winning it.

Of course, if the above happened, does he return for 2023 (even with a loss to Georgia in the title game)?

2023 - Self explanatory. We all just witnessed it, including the TDs that sealed the biggest games that propelled Michigan to the NC.

Might be my favorite Wolverine of all time.

Just a great kid that was a joy to follow on and off the field.

Blake Corum, National Champion, Michigan Legend. One of the absolute best human beings to don the Winged Helmet.

Hope he goes on to have a great NFL career.

Wishing Blake - and every member of the team that will pursue their dream to play professionally.

Thanks for the difference you made - and the standard you set.

Go Blue!

Absolute legend. I forgot he even had eligibility left since he's a senior. Obviously would never have expected him to come back so I'm not surprised here. I didn't think he would come back this year but he did and that vaults him near the top of all time legends for me.

Selfishly, would love another year but realistically that would be such an incredibly stupid idea for him that I would almost feel guilty. RB is one of the shortest NFL careers and he has absolutely nothing left to prove.

Best of luck, Blake - though you're one guy who won't need luck. With your drive, commitment, sense of purpose and service, and ebullient personality you will surely be successful in football and in life.

On a team full of leaders and role models, you stand out as truly special.

Thanks for everything - you're an exemplar of "Michigan Man"!

And oh, those cuts, too...

All the best to you - Go Blue!

From the second he took that first pass from Milton on the first play of his career, I had a feeling he would be special. Blake, you exceeded all expectations and it will be hard to ever replace you. You are a true Michigan Man!

100% Pure Legend.  The Prince who was Promised - and who delivered.  It was great watching him play.

He was also the Captain of the Good Works Team.  (They honored it at half time of the UW v Texas game and had the other players there. They mentioned Blake was unable to be there since he was busying helping Michigan beat Alabama in the Rose Bowl. LEGEND!)

Blake was one of those players that carries the team on his back. Always making that key play when everything is on the line.  Think PSU, anOSU, Bama this year and Maryland last year. Game sealing plays.

Whenever UM needed that knock out, put it away play, Blake did it.

Not to mention what a stand up, good guy he is.  Go Blake!

How in the hell is he not the #1 tailback in the draft? (According to Kiper he is #5?! LOL what?). I've watched a looooooot of other football this year and I haven't exactly seen dudes lighting it up from other squads. That kid from Texas was pretty good but he can't pro block and doesn't have Blake's vision.
