As far as I know he's still single. Not sure if you're his type though.

sadly prob 90 posters rushed to facebook to find out his status was:

then you should be telling us, not asking us.

Practicing with the team, but suspended. Looking to become unsuspended. Believe me, when something happens, it'll get reported here on the e-blog.

disappointed by his play. I really thought U-M would have two true lockdown corners. Wasn't he a high four or low five star coming out of high school?

Coming out of high school.

Is it not reasonable to rely on the star system as a predictor of success at the college level and to be disappointed when a highly rated player doesn't play to his supposed potential?
October 15th, 2009 at 5:55 PM ^
to rely on the star system as a predictor. The operative word being predictor.
Rivals rated him as a 4 star with a 6.0 rating. He was the #4 CB and the #44 player nationally.
Rivals says "The ranking system ranks prospects on a numerical scale from 6.1-4.9.
6.1 Franchise Player; considered one of the elite prospects in the country, generally among the nation's top 25 players overall; deemed to have excellent pro potential; high-major prospect
6.0-5.8 All-American Candidate; high-major prospect; considered one of the nation's top 300 prospects; deemed to have pro potential and ability to make an impact on college team
5.7-5.5 All-Region Selection; considered among the region's top prospects and among the top 750 or so prospects in the country; high-to-mid-major prospect; deemed to have pro potential and ability to make an impact on college team... "

Scout has had him as a 5 star and the #48 player in the country.
I couldn't really find any info regarding how scout rates their players but their About Our Team Rankings says "Talent - This category reflects the quality of players committed to that school. Teams must recruit difference-makers throughout their class to obtain a high ranking."

That being said I don't think it's realistic to think each and every player is going to live up to their projection. Others will be much better...

Oh come on people, can't we continue to debate the merits of the star ranking system? It is sooooo interesting. Or perhaps the topic deserves whole threads devoted to it. Many of them.

He is still jamming on the Kora
October 15th, 2009 at 1:40 PM ^
I heard he ordered a Pastrami sandwich in West Quad. He didn't add sauerkraut, for what it's worth.

He and his family had a meeting scheduled with RR but it had not happened yet. Hopefully, he gets his stuff together and he gets back on track. I still think he can be a good to great player for Michigan in the coming years.

He is not on the depth chart for Delaware State. Nowhere. Unlisted.
And yes, "waiting to become unsuspended."

He's transferring with Lloyd Carr to start a new regime at Illinois. My proof is damning: Carr is reported to have been drinking "juice" at breakfast and is a known democrat. Obama's home state is Illinois. Boom ROSENBERG'D.

Rosenberg and Snyder in the FreeP office must be amazing a la Dumb and Dumber:
Rosenberg: He's got no class, no rule following morals... our PLAYER'S GRADES ARE FALLING OFF!"

Lloyd was also an assistant coach at Illinois in 1978-79. IT BE TRUTH!!!1!!

"My sources say Lloyd Carr will be the next coach at Illinois and he is bringing Gary Moeller in as his DC."
