Game thread: Michigan v Rutgers

Submitted by Old Alum on November 5th, 2022 at 6:54 PM

This is my first time starting a thread, hope I didn't fuck it up.

I was supposed to go to the Rutgers game. I've been planning this weekend for months with my friends who are Rutgers fans.

My dog is really sick. She has had liver disease for a while now and it has gotten worse and she probably has only a limited time left with me.

So I cancelled my weekend plans and I will be staying home and watching on TV. I need a bang to cheer me up.

Go Blue.

Would really like to see Michigan use this mid-season scrimmage opportunity to work on their red zone production.  No scoring plays from beyond the 20yd line.  Receivers and ball carriers are to go out of bounds or take a knee if the play takes them within the 20yd line.

It is bizarre.  None of those players were hurt in the field last week.  Illness is possible.  It is also possible that we don’t know everything that happened last Saturday night.  But in that case I doubt it would be said for medical reasons.

Either way, just got a bit uncomfortable.

This is the definition of a trap game. After the drama last week, so much focus on the assault by Coach Harbaugh, let's just hope the prep for Rutgers didn't suffer.
