NC State and Clemson will be the headliner.

No, with their 5 star QB healthy they're probably undefeated and beat Bama. I think Texas will be pretty good going forward. I don't think they'll be good enough to win the SEC anytime soon though. I think they'll be in that Kentucky/Florida (I'm projecting), Oklahoma, and Tennessee group.

Really feels like he missed his golden moment to leave.  Notre Dame got a new coach, Ohio State & Michigan are set for a while, Michigan State picked up Tucker (maybe that opens up in a year or two?)  Those were the jobs he supposedly wanted but now I don't see those schools being interested in him.  And there's also hotter candidates now too (Lance Leipold of Kansas will have a thousand Brinks trucks at his door if they're not already).  Chris Klieman of Kansas State is also more likely to snatch a job than Campbell.

If Nebraska strikes out on both Kansas coaches, maybe they look to Campbell but he won't get nearly the money he would have a year or two ago

Florida State will probably look at Deion Sanders, Auburn too.

That said, Campbell probably gets a call from both as well.

If you still believe Nebraska is still a better job because of tradition and conference, they will probably look at him.  Would not be surprised at all if Campbell ends up at Nebraska.

Kermit - I agree with you.   I thought it was ridiculous.   Are they treating these 18 to 23 year old young men as children - or adults with some degree of accountability and responsibility.

IIRC, Clemson's practice facility for football actually has two features that I thought we "interesting" - to say the least.   The first - is a slide from their second floor to the first - apparently, walking up and down stairs can be too strenuous or physically demanding.   The second - is a putt putt golf course for they players use and recreation.

Is this how children - or men - should be treated - and, what expectations are being set for them.

Personally, I think it's ridiculous.  And, I certainly hope that part of Michigan's discussion with prospects and their families / parents is - one aspect of being a player at Michigan - which is valued greatly - is the role of accountability and preparing for life after your playing days in Ann Arbor are complete.

Go Blue!

Apparently pass interference is still a thing even when the ball is thrown 10 yards out of bounds. Watching Indiana and Nebraska. Hopefully Maryland running tempo prepared Michigan for Indiana’s tempo.

People complain about Fox commercials, but ABC night games are the absolute worst.  This Clemson game is nothing but commercial breaks.
