Meanwhile, on the OSU blog, they are trying to make something out of Buckeye team members now following Josh Gattis. 

Boo fucking hoo. I don't want to hear the sob story for OSU or anyone else in the conference. So sorry you had to play with some precautions to keep people safe.

He's right and this is a class move.  

Man this regime needs to go.  This may or may not be actually pandering but it optically looks like a weak move.  To say no one has had to endure more is disingenuous at best.  That's not something you can quantify so it just smells slappie, OSU slappie.  Then he follows it up with calling the Michigan fanbase that says it's shit selfish.  Fuck off.

Nope, not a fan of this at all.  It's weird.  It's also unnecessary since OSU is already in the playoffs, and whether fans like it or not that isn't going to change.  Is he going to tweet to defend them if/when they get clobbered by Clemson?  Let those bums defend themselves.  

Uh no.  I hope Clemson goes ham and beats OSU like a rented mule.

I hate this playoff.  Hats off to the teams who made it, but I detest Ohio State and ND both, and I am sick of Alabama and Clemson in the playoffs.  I have literally no one I care to see win this thing.  It sort of takes away any enjoyment of watching when you are rooting against all the participants.

Josh Gattis needs to stop licking OSU's ass and concentrate on coaching up his overrated  " Speed in Space " offense

The fact that Gattis is tweeting this means only one thing: he's joining OSU's coaching staff.

It’s one thing to say this when asked at a press conference to avoid locker room material. It is a whole other matter to voluntarily tweet praise of our arch rival. MSU and OSU coaches would never do that for us. 

Shut up and get back to work, Josh.

I have decided that I do not like Josh Gattis.

They'll likely get wrecked but this is the right take and also a strategic one; the Big 10 needs to be taken seriously nationally and the attempts by the SEC and, well, Clemson to undermine that credibility should be defended against.

No OSU coach would EVER say the same thing if roles were reversed. You can say how Harbaugh played in the game and blah blah blah but this is just more proof that the entire program doesn't take the rivalry as seriously.

Read between the lines... this is less about OSU endorsement and more about the excuse of how hard the Big Ten was this year due to COVID and the reason M put out repeated piles of shit. 

Hating them hasn’t helped us any. This isn’t a big deal. We are never going to hate them as much as they hate us — their fan base is much more tribal than ours.
