OSU-five starters out today
December 5th, 2020 at 11:15 AM ^
That would like Michigan losing Mayfield, Hayes, Vastardis, Paye and McGrone. Can't imagine...
December 5th, 2020 at 11:16 AM ^
Nico, Ambry, Giles Jackson...
Harbaugh is a horrible coach!
December 5th, 2020 at 11:22 AM ^
Excellent and organized recruiter though
/s
December 5th, 2020 at 2:49 PM ^
Sarcasm?Excellent recruiter?Lol ok
December 5th, 2020 at 12:09 PM ^
Exactly. That’s why Harbaugh needs another year. Now if Harbaugh doesn’t get rid of Brown then I’ll lose faith and we’ll get the same product next season.
December 5th, 2020 at 11:19 AM ^
The only difference is OSU is replacing them with five stars, not walk ons from Massachusetts
December 5th, 2020 at 12:31 PM ^
*Scholarship plan A guys from Massachusetts
December 5th, 2020 at 11:25 AM ^
This place will be great regardless of the outcome of this game. If OSU loses it'll be "OMG MSU got another big win while UM sucks" and if OSU wins it'll be "look at that elite team handle players out, not like garbage UM".
December 5th, 2020 at 11:30 AM ^
The big ten will not let OSU lose. They need their bell cow in the playoff. There’s too much money at stake. OSU would have to play REALLY bad for them to lose.
December 5th, 2020 at 11:32 AM ^
Hey we have star talent on the bench. It’s just true frosh talent. Give them some playing time it’s free.
December 5th, 2020 at 12:48 PM ^
Michigan wasn’t missing any of those guys when they lost to msu. My guess is that osu will still win by multiple scores
December 5th, 2020 at 3:22 PM ^
yeah, exactly like Michigan missing 5 starters...
OSU taking MSU to the woodshed 45-10 with 8 min left in the 4th...
December 5th, 2020 at 11:16 AM ^
looking forward to a good tight game.
December 5th, 2020 at 11:32 AM ^
Heh. Maybe MSU loses by only 35 instead of 45.
December 5th, 2020 at 1:24 PM ^
Still gonna be 45 lol
December 5th, 2020 at 11:40 AM ^
First time I have ever rooted for MSU in anything. Hopefully the last.
December 5th, 2020 at 11:42 AM ^
I've definitely rooted for them in the past against Ohio State. Remember the "rain/slop" game of a few years back (2015?)
December 5th, 2020 at 11:50 AM ^
Uh, Michigan needed OSU to beat MSU in 2015 so that the Michigan/OSU game would determine the B1G East winner. So you rooted for Michigan to have no chance to go to the B1G Championship?
December 5th, 2020 at 11:52 AM ^
I clearly wasn't thinking that through. LOL. Sorry. I live in Ohio. It's fucking rough down here.
December 5th, 2020 at 12:11 PM ^
I live in Columbus, I was happy to see OSU lose that 2015 game too.
December 5th, 2020 at 12:20 PM ^
I can’t root for MSU vs OSU. We can’t give Tucker any more life. It’s easier to focus on OSU without a strong MSU. Plus MSU fans live next door and are just brutal.
December 5th, 2020 at 11:41 AM ^
If Justin Fields, Chris Olave, and Garrett Wilson get it as well I bet we cover!
December 5th, 2020 at 1:25 PM ^
I still wouldn't place that bet
December 6th, 2020 at 9:52 AM ^
You are joking right? They would need to miss alot more than that to not win by less than 40.
December 5th, 2020 at 12:19 PM ^
Well no surprise there a bunch of new oline starters like michigan and these 5 star dumbasses can't even snap the ball
December 5th, 2020 at 1:59 PM ^
That 5 star dumbass center was the valedictorian of his large Georgia high school.
December 5th, 2020 at 12:41 PM ^
Yeah OSUs offensive line looks completely horrible. It would be even worse if they didn’t have Fields. He knows when to accept that the play is going nowhere and ditch the ball to help keep negative plays down. Michigan was already starting 3-4 new guys this season and then lost the only starters who had returned and for the most part they have not looked bad. Mediocre, but not bad. OSUs line looks BAD. Ed is a fantastic coach. Everyone should want him to stick around at least as long as Fred Jackson.
December 5th, 2020 at 1:51 PM ^
Holy cow is this a horrible post.
December 5th, 2020 at 1:55 PM ^
This game illustrates what great depth can do for a team. 3 new starters on the OL and the other two are playing out of position. Unreal
December 5th, 2020 at 3:20 PM ^
Depth and coaching. Which we have neither.
December 5th, 2020 at 3:01 PM ^
Unfortunately, next week's game (fingers crossed) seems likely to become less about the contest itself, than about which team from Michigan got blown out worse.
December 5th, 2020 at 3:18 PM ^
Next man up...plenty of talent there. The only guy that can't be replaced is Fields. Every other position has qualified backups better than anyone else in the conference.
December 5th, 2020 at 4:11 PM ^
They had 322 yds rushing with an OL that was depleted (for them anyways)
December 5th, 2020 at 4:34 PM ^
OSU couldn’t ask for a better scenario - play MSU after an emotional win over NW and MSU looking ahead to PSU
December 6th, 2020 at 9:48 AM ^
Wrong. They would have won easily without Fields.
December 6th, 2020 at 9:47 AM ^
They could have won that game with their practice squad. Anybody that thought differently was kidding themselves. I was so sick of listening to the media cream about how brave it was of them to play with 5 starters out. Holy crap. They have soooooooo much more talent than MSU they should be forced to play every game with 5 starters out.
