49ers are literally getting every bounce. Unbelievable.

Marshall Lynch just scored that long touchdown on an inside zone run.
I learned that today by reading the diary from "Eye of the Tiger" on MGOBLOG

That TD was pure luck. The 49ers are getting 2012 ND luck this game.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:51 PM ^
There was literally zero luck involved in that play.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:41 PM ^
That was perhaps the longest run from scrimmage by a former Michigan lineman in NFL history.

When you recover all 3 fumbles in a game (one of them illegaly) what else would you call it?
January 19th, 2014 at 8:42 PM ^
It's not that the NFC Champ won't be good, it's that I just don't care.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:43 PM ^
Apparently Kaepernick batted the ball on the fumble. Should have been a 10 yard penalty.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:47 PM ^
Two very good football teams playing for everything Ghost. Not every play that goes SF's way is due to luck, the officials, Karma, ect.
They're actually a pretty damn good team.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:52 PM ^
They are, but recovering every single fumble is lucky. There is no way around that. That's been born out mutliple times on this blog over the last few years.
And it was NBC who pointed out that Kaepernick batted the ball. That's a call that needs to be made. It cost the Steelers earlier in the year and the Dolphins. So yeah they were very fortunate that the officials blew that call.
January 19th, 2014 at 8:50 PM ^
Yea pretty clearly kicked it out so the 2 Seattle defenders couldn't fall on it. Too bad none of the refs could see with all the conjestion.

One thing I do despise is people that use the term "hater". Everyone who doesn't like your team isn't a "hater".

Vernon Davis seems to be a magnet for getting hit. Guy seems to have bad luck.

Arrrghhh....I think I'm probably dead

How many of those clips do you have? The Gramticas used to be the best at that.

I have more. Here's how I see Euro-pussies playing soccer. Sadly I think American football is heading this way.

For the guy complaining about the refs missing calls on the 49ers. I'm pretty sure the niners got screwed on two penalties that extended the drive for Seattle. One being the "helment to helment" hit and the push out of bounds.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:05 PM ^
Despite what Aikman said the hit to the head was the right call. And neither of those plays led directly to a TD like the Kaepernick kick did. I'm sure Miami and Pittsburgh fans are none to happy about it either.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:12 PM ^
The one I'm talking about they didn't even hit his head. Whitner hit his shoulder pad. Patriot fans are probably pissed with missed PI calls. Sometimes they miss the call, I'm sure they'll miss a couple on Seattle in this game.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:15 PM ^
You're incorrect. On that helment to helment call; there was literally ZERO contact to the Seattle player's helment.

Yeah it's pathetic. He's literally throwing tantrums on the sideline. The foot stomp while slamming your fists against your hips is a toddler-patented move.

On the sidelines he is. In interviews he doesn't seem to be to me.

Kaepernick's pocket awareness just might be the worst I've ever seen.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:19 PM ^
There are plenty worse out there.

I wonder if the 49ers will fire Jim? May be the Lions hired their coach too soon?
January 19th, 2014 at 9:19 PM ^
They won't fire him, but he does not get along with the GM at all and has made no secret off the fact that he would consider other jobs.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:18 PM ^
Seattle's o-line is having a rough game to say the least.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:19 PM ^
Man I love watching Marshawn Lynch run the football.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:21 PM ^
Holy cow did the 49ers get screwed on that call. Bowman recovered that fumble.
January 19th, 2014 at 9:23 PM ^
Has not been a good game for the refs (its been almost a weekly theme this year(. Two blown calls that may lead to scores. They really need to expand instant replay.
That looks a bad injury for Bowman. Hate to see that.
