We are not being told about it, but when I watch Gardner, I see a guy who is in constant pain, and getting beat up more on every play.
He is a true warrior to keep going out there and taking hits for his team.

Dantonio is an excellent coach, as is Narduzzi.
No doubt, the better team won the game.

It is all about the offensive line.
Coach Funk is a fail.

On the basis of the data published in that paper, we compute that the rate of ACL injury in the nonbraced cadets was 3.0 times higher (95%CI: 1.0-9.2) than in braced cadets. It should be noted that the number of ACL injuries was small. Only 16 ACL injuries occurred: four in the braced and 12 in the nonbraced condition.

I wonder how Toussaint feels when he lines up to carry the ball into such a poorly designed / coached play?su

Not the players.

It will take 3 more years to build an offensive line.
That would be true if Schembechler were your coach.

I was at the UM overtime win against Penn State in 2002. That was one of the best games I have ever attended. I will never forget it.
So yesterday you have Penn State...a proud old program with great fans...humiliated by the scandal and loaded down with drastically limited scholarships and a bowl ban for years to come.
Despite all that, they packed their stadium with 108,000 loyal fans. The team played their hearts out, and their freshman quarterback played well. And in a 4 overtime circus, they won. This game will be the highlight of their season, and those fans will never forget it. Good for them and good for their program.
I hate the loss.
Michigan did not deserve to win.

Devin Gardner is a turnover machine.
Michigan cannot run the ball.
That is all.

Why do we not put all linemen in steel kneee braces to prevent at least some of these injuries?
300 pound linemen are a natural set-up to put a large amount of abnormal stress on their relatively little knees. In playing their positions they do not need to pivot as much as a running back or cornerback or quarterback does. I would think the minor loss of mobility could be compensated and the potential gain from avoiding injuries would be significant.

Why are you not throwing more quick-outs?

Needs to be replaced. His offensive line play is atrocious for the 3rd consecutive year.

ABC put Michigan - UConn on prime-time TV...So the suits decided that the New York audience would be biggest they could get Saturday night.
This is the same reason that the B1G expanded to Maryland / New Jersey.

I hate Texas almost as much as I hate Notre Dame.
So Gerg and his beaver are going to the Longhorns!

was designed to increase the noise in what was previously known as the most quiet stadium in the country.
Since then, the Big House has become an extremely difficult place for opponents to play.
Not to take anything away from one hell of a great coach!

The Wolverines certainly understand how these injuries can impact the fortunes of the team.
Nobody wants to see these dedicated, talented student-athletes get injured.
Best of luck to them and their team.

Remember who the audience is!
Brandon is speaking to the Alumni, a.k.a. DONORS.
He wants them to give money for facilities!
So he is going to talk about how important they are, and he is going to remind his coaches to talk about how important their facilities are to their teams' success.

There are laws that protect patient confidentiality.
These photos were taken by someone with access to the patient in the operating room.
They certainoly should not be on the internet.
Whoever made them public could be in big trouble.

I think that a big part of this success started when Beilein changed his assistant coaches.

My son graduated ME, and is doing very cool (and secret) stuff for the U.S. Navy.

Never, ever listen to a counselor who says you can't do it.
You CAN do it!

When the B1G adds teams 15 & 16 on the East coast, then they simply move THE OTHER Indiana team to the West.

It is wonderful that the Wings now have quality depth in goal.
But defense wins hockey games, and they really need to get their defense figured out.

Could this be a reason Alabama football teams are bigger, faster & stronger than everyone else, year after year?
Are PED's what make the SEC dominant?

The B1G spends the most... $2,000 per academic student more than anyone else, and $6,000 more per academic student than the SEC.

If I ran an executive recruiting business, I would immediately go into athlete recruiting, and market my company as a "turn-key solution" for college athletic departments.
