So State how does it feel to be up by a mere one point at home, against a team that had its ass whipped by a FCS team the week before?
September 7th, 2013 at 3:16 PM ^
Sparty gonna make TWIS again if they win this.
September 7th, 2013 at 2:50 PM ^
September 7th, 2013 at 2:51 PM ^
the USF vs. MSU game really deserves its own thread. it's an instant classic - the ugliest game ever played.
September 7th, 2013 at 2:53 PM ^
It's that reserved for that 3-2 Auburn - Miss St game from 5ish years ago?
September 7th, 2013 at 2:51 PM ^
Unfortunate thing is MSU always plays best against us. They'll probably average well over 4.0 ypa when they play us
September 7th, 2013 at 2:52 PM ^
QB is 1-13, and USF is only down 1..... that is all that's needed to be said about the msu offense
September 7th, 2013 at 2:52 PM ^
How is Nathan Scheelhaase still around? I swear he was playing in like 2009.
September 7th, 2013 at 2:53 PM ^
He's had a pretty good day. Oddly enough, this is the game that I've spent most of my time on this afternoon so far.
September 7th, 2013 at 2:52 PM ^
Michigan 31 sparty -7
September 7th, 2013 at 2:54 PM ^
I sure don't
September 7th, 2013 at 2:58 PM ^
As bad as they look, I've got to think they will eventually score a TD. They're playing a team that just gave up 53 to McNeese State.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:12 PM ^
That's "sparty - 7" actually... I was having a little laugh at their expense, you see
September 7th, 2013 at 2:56 PM ^
He's lying in the weeds, Dantonio!
September 7th, 2013 at 2:56 PM ^
Dantonio's first timeout was just as dumb as the second.
They forced USF into a 4th down with 40 seconds left in the half and he calls timeout. Did he really think his offense was going to go 70 yards for a score in 30 seconds?
September 7th, 2013 at 2:57 PM ^
Those who stay will be disappointed.
September 7th, 2013 at 2:58 PM ^
At halftime last week McNeese St was up 33-7 on USF.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:01 PM ^
wow.
[shaking head east to west]

September 7th, 2013 at 3:03 PM ^
"Can't believe I wasted my fcking battery and beautiful Saturday on this fucking horse hit offensive attempt at mediocre fucking cock gobbling ball movement"
September 7th, 2013 at 3:08 PM ^
I'm actually impressed by the spelling in that post!
September 7th, 2013 at 3:04 PM ^
Needless to say this is embarrassing. Sounds even worse when you look at the statsHow do those stats sound when you look at them?
September 7th, 2013 at 3:00 PM ^
Purdue better watch out for the fighting Larry Bird's
September 7th, 2013 at 3:02 PM ^
So is it time for the Great Andrew Maxwell Experience in East Lansing?
September 7th, 2013 at 3:01 PM ^
Kinda sad that this is Miami's highest ever attendance in Sun Life Stadium considering
- It's like 1/3 Florida fans
- And it's still not sold out
Miami doesn't have fans
September 7th, 2013 at 3:04 PM ^
Miami in general is just bad for sports venues.
The Heat fans would never show up for games until the 2nd quarter, and leave with 5 minutes left.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:05 PM ^
September 7th, 2013 at 3:10 PM ^
But it's not like they only have good beach weather for a few Saturdays a year. In Miami, you can go there any time of the year.
They just don't have many fans. Being a private school is probably part of it.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:02 PM ^
These guys are making Sheridan and Threet look not so bad.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:03 PM ^
Notes that it looks like "John L. Smith is running the offense and Duffy Daugherty is coaching the defense."
Is he not aware that the offense was much, much better under Smith?
September 7th, 2013 at 3:03 PM ^
September 7th, 2013 at 3:03 PM ^
So....Purdue might be in slight trouble

I be like, dang!
September 7th, 2013 at 3:04 PM ^
Wow. Another turnover by Florida in the redzone.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:04 PM ^
Driskel sucks! Florida should have just kicked FGs every time they got in the redzone.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:07 PM ^
Florida's QB looks terrible. 4 red zone trips without points already this game. Puts Gardner's performance (of awesomeness) into perspective a bit
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
Taking a break from Sparty schadenfreude, Jeff Driskell is having a pretty bad game for Florida today.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
Driskell's rough day continues. Blindsided and fumbles. Miami's ball inside the 5 yard line.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
hilarious
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
I have no problem seeing Florida suck. After they won two national titles in football and two more in basketball, all in the last 7-8 years, I have no sympathy for their fanbase.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
Put this in Miami!
September 7th, 2013 at 3:11 PM ^
34 passing yards all half. By god State is horrendous.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:12 PM ^
Looks like they're going to pull this off.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:12 PM ^
September 7th, 2013 at 3:15 PM ^
SEC dominance, top to bottom.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:13 PM ^
Cincy's QB just had his knee snapped backward.... ugly
September 7th, 2013 at 3:14 PM ^
The big worry for state is that their defense is a beast when it comes downhill, but it is so aggressive it is wide open to exploitation by more discplined teams. The defense just looks lights out because they've yet to play an offense with the skill to counter those blitzes.
September 7th, 2013 at 3:15 PM ^
Illinois now up 38-17 on Cincinnati.
Mind = Blown
