Just follow the link to the Lions game
Willie Young is looking good...

Thanks guys! Not to toot my horn, but at the beginning of the Avril hoop-la I said we should just trade Avril since Willie Young looks promising and L-Jacks is no bum either..

Thats two great route jumps by Bentley. He should have two INTs instead of one, but I'm obviously still happy with his play! Heres to hoping it is not a fluke and he can be a good player for us.

Another year of pain ahead.

As a West Coaster...I enjoy watching streams on www.firstrowsports.eu
however lately I prefer vipbox:

BTW the Lions running game looks surprisingly good! OL opening holes and Williams is running angry.

I suspect you're experiencing long term memory loss due to the excitement of the return of football. The lions' run game always looks good in the preseason. I hope it's for real this time, but I've been saying that about the lions my whole life.

BTW slightly off topic but here is a great streaming movies site:
most of the movies older than 6 months are streaming DVD quality. Kills netflix.

Well thank heaven for small favors.

I second that...the line looks great. Huge holes for the running backs. I like Bentley's jumping of routes by he also looked very Aaron Berry-ish when he got burned on a couple of routes at the beginning of the game.
Speaking of which, can someone tell me why we were sad to lose Berry? He looked horrible against the Saints in the playoffs.

People like to focus on that game, which although it was terrible is not a really good indicator of his whole season. He was a serviceable corner for us for most of the season last year. Hopefully Bentley can be that or more in his rookie year.

Fittingly, the Browns offensive MVP--kicker Phil Dawson--scores the first points of the season.

As a Browns fan I feel Phil Dawson is a sure fire Hall of Famer. He'll retire in about 15 more years at 53.

OF COURSE defensive holding. OF COURSE. How could it be ANY other way?
August 10th, 2012 at 8:55 PM ^
Sean Hill, the back-up QB. Has a body like a guy in a bowling league but he is a very good quarterback. Go lions.

Hill is a very solid backup QB. That Lions Koolaid is starting to brew.

That outcome was...unexpected. Of course both teams were playing their third-stringers from halftime on.

...on the scoreboard.
I'll take it.

They got the job don with their first and second stringers. They lost on a last second FG. No biggy! If the secondary and linebackers can play better this year they will make the playoffs!
Go Lions!
