First: Every time they showed Michael Floyd's smug arrogant face it made my blood boil. Did anyone else feel this way?
Second: First offensive drive of second half. Is it an exaggerating to say that Denard trucked half of the Irish defense for an extra 7 yards at the end of his long run?

And remarkably, it was one of his best passes of the night. A lot of the big plays he basically said "I think that Hemingway can out-jump the D" and was correct in thinking that, but on that play he hit Hemingway right in stride on a crossing route with ok coverage. I mean ... wow.

is did you see Denard's feet when he made the throw? He was standing with his right foot forward (couldn't do much about the footwork with the ND player trying to wrap him up) when he let the pass fly. There was no step, nothing, to help the throwing motion. It was all arm with no body.

The Referee said because the penalty happened in the endzone the ball was to be placed on the 2 yd line. Than never happened. So.. did they walk off have the distance to the goal? OR??

Michael Floyd gave me a reason to hate playing defense for the entire game. He made 3rd and 7's seem like 2nd and 1's.

1) I'd like to know what Hoke was in Devin's ear for also
2) The flyover was kinda disappointing in comparison to other big games. But then again, I imagine getting a couple fighter jets on the week of 9/11 isn't easy I bet..

Yes.
I can't explain it either.
Even before he started making big plays... Something about his face just cried out to be punched. I had the same feeling watching the replay today knowing we had won.

Did anyone notice that the Goodyear blimp flying overhead the entire game was a huge loophole in the "no ads in Michigan Stadium" rule?

Technically, it wasn't "in" Michigan Stadium, but rather it was "above" Michigan Stadium.

Yeah, I know, but I looked up every once in a while and noticed it, and sometimes there was an ad on it. Sometimes there wasn't. It's not exactly the same since it's the Goodyear Blimp and pretty much an icon. If it was an Arby's blimp it would have been a different reaction.
