And he drives a Honda?
that the point was joke about Tressel - not that it was actually his car or plate, right? The focus was not on the car...but since I did not create it, I cannot make it out like it is actually his car... geez...
He understood it perfectly.

Sorry - living in Columbus does that too me....
He drinks wine coolers too. That bastard.
He also loves Cold Play.

you know how i know jim tressel is gay?
April 28th, 2011 at 11:17 AM ^
He likes Asia
April 28th, 2011 at 12:35 PM ^
a guys balls at Hebrew school once?
Need More 40 Year Old Virgin quotes.....
Because he macramed himself a pair of jean shorts
He is gay because he dresses 19 of the team for the game and the other guys dress themselves.
The hot new trend in Columbus these days is to buy Hondas and talk about buying Hondas as better for Ohio/America than buying from Big Three automakers because Honda has car manufacturing plants in Ohio. I respond that Honda is a foreign automaker and they reply that Honda has invested in Ohio so it makes more sense to buy Honda in Ohio. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
I thought that was the tat he had on his right butt cheek.
...I'm sure Tressel drives a Lexus.
So he drives a toyota with an L on it.
When Toyota was developing their luxury brand they decided on the name:
Luxury EXport for the US

Is that true? Probably is. Seems reasonable enough. Lexuses (is that right?) are nice cars. Overpriced, but very nice. I am a BMW man myself (aka I'm an asshole).
April 28th, 2011 at 10:26 AM ^
It's true. Lexuses are nice. They are toyotas with fancy leather/materials/technology, and if I had 1 word to describe Toyota's it'd be "solid" I find them boring as hell, but what can you do.
As a BMW man I only consider you an asshole if you drive like one. BMWs are amazing machines, but you didn't buy the road too. My first week I had my permit I was cut off by 7 different BMWs in 7 days... I'm a VW/Audi/Porsche fan myself (what does that make me?) and Jeep enthusiast
April 28th, 2011 at 10:49 AM ^
I love profiling:
VW: hippy
Audi: refined, yet full of yourself
Porsche: easy going rich man who doesn't mind blowing money on maintenance
April 28th, 2011 at 10:58 AM ^
A slightly refined, full of myself Pseudo Hippy?
(Needed a manual transmission, cost me the same as a GTI with leather)
April 28th, 2011 at 11:08 AM ^
I like those new VWs. The first few times I saw them, my head turned.
April 28th, 2011 at 12:45 PM ^
your audi description describes a former graduate student in my department to a T...
April 28th, 2011 at 11:59 AM ^
It makes you a prick with a Jeep and a VW, Should have bought a G8.....
Signed Your friend,
Don
And the only way to get a manual transmission with a G8 was to get the top of the line engine, couldn't afford the car, and couldn't afford getting only 20MPG.
I love my G8 GXP. I can look lovingly at it as it sits there in its carport and I stand at the bus stop. Stupid 4.27 a gal premium.
My wife rolls a GTO so I'm at least ahead of her in fuel effieciency.
/I think we may need to bite the bullet and lease a Cruze or something
First, love your choices in cars, second... Congrats! Not only did you survive the random Korean Inlaw Visit, you survived a wedding!
Thanks! The wedding survival is premature though. We're married for citizenship purposes right now. When she goes out on the job market she'll go as an American citizen, not someone who needs a HS1B visa The ceremony in Korea will be the third week of May so I need to make through that.

Anyone else having inadvertent double-post problems?
April 28th, 2011 at 11:55 AM ^
the marque's etymology has also been attributed to the combination of the words "luxury" and "elegance,"[19] and another theory claims it is an acronym for "luxury exports to the U.S."[19]

He said he drives a Lexus... but he apparently lied about that too.
April 28th, 2011 at 10:02 AM ^
Not a lie, he was protecting the feelings of the Honda because he cares.
April 28th, 2011 at 10:00 AM ^
Make one for Pryor that says NEEDTAT. Ofcourse his plate would have to be a dealer's plate too.

Sure, Mussolini was a fascist dictator, but he made the trains run on time!
April 28th, 2011 at 10:56 AM ^
No, it's more like saying, "Mussolini was a fascist dictator, but at least he wasn't like Hitler."
April 30th, 2011 at 11:24 PM ^
still not admit it and then blame someone for giving him bad advice....
I'm not an osu fan by any stretch of the imagination but Hayes' exit from coaching still hurts, deep down. It was a true black eye for osu and for the B1G. Still, I'll probably use this particular clip as smack talk for the week of The Game. No prisoners, no quarter given and none taken.

- Have you heard, Dantonio's been recruting a lot in the Jackson area lately
- I heard he's trying to get the nick named the Warden
- I heard numbers on the MSU jersey's are four or five digits long
- I heard that they like to take the team photo from both the front and the side
- I heard in an attempt to keep MSU hip, Dantonio has decided to have Nike create an orange jumpsuit (combat leisure unis) since that is what the kids seem to be wearing these days
- Can anyone verify if true, or know of any others?
April 28th, 2011 at 10:37 AM ^
Wow, coming from Jackson originally, that one hurts a bit...
April 28th, 2011 at 11:13 AM ^
You can't help that the prison there has so many of Dantonio's must have recruits.
April 28th, 2011 at 10:26 AM ^
I think Tressel drives the bus, he just randomly choses who to drive it over.
April 28th, 2011 at 10:38 AM ^
Classic, but the S needs to be a $ (if it were possible).
April 28th, 2011 at 10:47 AM ^
Tressel doesn't drive a Honda. He is just taking that car for a test drive.
April 28th, 2011 at 11:53 AM ^
But who is he test driving it for??
