I dont mind the number, but if you are gonna run ads, make sure that whatever div you are putting them in is responsive so it doesnt blow out the width of the page on mobile

Anyone know why Stuebers in instead of JBB, or atleast I saw him in a few of the early drives

If you have an android phone, you can open the site in chrome browser and then in the top right of the browser window, click the three dots, and hit add to homescreen, creating a browser shortcut straight to the site and function almost exactly like an app.  I have noticed there were some html elements that werent 100% properly sized for mobile, but theyve been finding and fixing them, so its much less an issue now compared to launch.

Lets see if Neymar can get hacked to death in this game too

Yea I agree, I think the France v Peru game is going to be tight.  Peru are not afraid of anyone and they play to win, which after seeing some of the foul fest games, and super defensive games, is pretty refreshing. France are so fickle and if Peru get an early goal or keep them under pressure, it could be a really good game

Who knows, i mean they havent looked that bad in this one, but their goalkeeper was awful against russia and hes certainly not covering himself in glory after that whiffed cross.

Keeper blunder leaves him flapping at air on that corner, Suarez there to bury it. 1-0 Uruguay, slightly against the run of play?

Yea, in the time where there was a lot less interest and knowledge of the game in America, he was pretty good, but now its like, dude we get it, you don't need to talk to us like we're 5.

Lets see if Suarez can actually finish off a chance this time around, cuz he definately didnt have his shooting boots on in Uruguay's first game vs Egypt

06/20/2018 - 10:48am Yea, at this point he always…

Yea, at this point he always comes off as smug, and like he is making these great points, even though most of it is rehashed hot takes that are better summed up by others.  Ive heard hes good on his podcast of actually having good, valid, researched points, but as a live presenter, Ive always found him to be too smug/arrogant for my taste.

Gotta take your chances....possession doesn't mean anything if you cant finish it.

06/20/2018 - 10:41am Yea Russia v Portugal would…

Yea Russia v Portugal would be a good match. Pepe vs Dzyuba could be a really interesting matchup...considering Pepes penchant for stupid fouls and Dzyuba's physicallity.  Russia v Spain, gotta favor the quality of Spain I'd think.

Just realized Egypt wouldnt have a chance either way, but I still feel for Salah. Either way, Uruguay should smash Saudi Arabia

Those are my picks too, though I'm hoping for a draw in the Uruguay v Saudi Arabia game so Egypt still has a chance.

The Supreme Peacock makes it 1-0 portugal in the 4th minute.  Good start for Portugal.

It is not just you, he has an obnoxious, alexi knows all air about him, and honestly hes not that great of a pundit, analyst, and pretty much just hammers whatever nail everyone else has already hammered.

Im with you rooting for my Liverpool boys, Mane and Salah, though I think Senegal will have a lot of work to do to keep Lewandowski quiet, and hopefully Egypt shows the same defensive resilience as they did vs Uruguay to open the tournament.

06/19/2018 - 10:21am Hopefully Salah plays for…

Hopefully Salah plays for Egypt today, though after watch the foul fest that has been the first few days of the tourney, I dont know how long he will last.  I think his best chance would be to start on the bench, pray Egypt can make it through the first half level with Russia, and then come on in the second and wish for a bit of the luck and magic that he showed at Liverpool this year

06/19/2018 - 10:18am Yea not the dream start they…

Yea not the dream start they wanted. Carlos Sanchez would've been better off just letting the ball go in rather than sticking his arm out and blocking it, a la Suarez from 8 years ago. Now hes got a red and atleast out of the next game, and possibly done for the world cup unless Colombia advances.

06/19/2018 - 10:15am Sorry bout potential…

Sorry bout potential spoilers, neither team looked particularly strong. Colombia played 87 minutes with 10 players after an early Red Card (handball) and were 1-0 down after the ensuing penalty.  Colombia converted a nice free kick to level the game at 1-1 before half.

09/17/2017 - 8:41am stems from losing pinkel

really i think mizzous issues are twofold, one they lost Pinkel who was a great talent evaluator and developer. allowing mizzo to turn generic 2 and 3* kids into very solid players. Second, i always thought the move to the SEC would doom them to tmwhat they are now. I always hoped they wouldve joined the B10 with KU or Iowa St, during the reallignment a few years ago. Mizzou will never be able to out recruit Georgia, SCar, Florida, but against Purdue, Illinois, Northwestern, they couldve carved out a solid mid tier place in the B10, but SEC got what they wanted Academic boost, B10 got what they wanted in the NYC market and Mizzo got what they wanted at that point which was cash.

09/16/2017 - 7:33pm dont read too much

I am first and foremost a Wolverine fan, but as an alumnus of Mizzou, i root for them too. they are trash this year. Defense is bad terrible. so dont read too much into it. that being said, UM is definately gonna need to clean up on offense

02/23/2012 - 12:08pm That block M wont go

Thats part of the tradition for the graduating seniors

According to the Faurot Field wiki page (Faurot is Mizzous stadium)

One of the traditions of the football team is that seniors, after playing their final home game, take a rock from the "M" as a souvenir. It is also traditionally whitewashed every year by incoming freshmen during welcoming activities.

12/07/2011 - 8:16pm If our DLine can start the

If our DLine can start the year nice (I know its asking alot) I think we have a chance against Alabama who is losing the majority of their offense (TRichardson) and will probably lost almost their entire starting defense to the draft (projecting 9 of 11, so 2 coming back).  Granted they probably still have good backups but when they lose a ton on defense, and their best player offensively I wouldnt say its unlikely we beat Bama.  Especially considering what we were able to do this year, it gives me hope for the start of next year

12/02/2011 - 11:45am That is what it was for,

That is what it was for, unfortunately after his home visit at midnight last night (Thursday night and Midnight West Coast, so his time zone) he tweeted that he had to cancel on his buddy cuz he was going to visit call next friday.

12/01/2011 - 6:51pm Lack of Coordinators for Urban + PAC 12 Offenses

One plus is that with all the coaches retiring/being fired, it takes away alot more guys Urban could be looking at as potential coordinators.  I mean all of his previous coordinators are head coaches somewhere else except for Mattison, and with all the coaching changes this will hurt him a bit more.

On a side note, man in like 3 years once Mike Leach and RR get recruits into their schools respectively, boy the PAC12 is gonna be insane for offenses, with Oregon, Arizona and Wazzu.  Hopefully RR takes a leason from his time at Michigan and gets himself someone that can marginally coach a defense.  Seriously he just needs someone that can hold the other team to under 28 and he will win a bunch, same goes for Mike Leach.

11/30/2011 - 8:10pm I was bored at work a few

*Edit* Damn double post lol

11/30/2011 - 8:10pm I was bored at work a few

I was bored at work a few weeks ago and made an epic Hoke Point pic,  I'll have to see if I saved it in my personal folder at work and post it tomorrow.

11/30/2011 - 12:12am I got to see this kid a year

I got to see this kid a year ago, and even then he was a beast.  He seems like a good kid, wish he had a year with Molk and Martin in the weight room, but I'm sure the S&C coaches will make sure he gets his work done, either way he is gonna be hard to move, and he plays with a real nasty streak which I think we need.

11/29/2011 - 10:36pm Yea I mean, listening to it,

Yea I mean, listening to it, it was like one thought ending with not.........then the next thought starts with good.  But bucknuts now think hoke is afraid of Urban, but guess what, let them think we are  afraid, after watching Saturdays game, there aint no fear of the Bucktards on this team.

11/29/2011 - 9:07pm Ive gotta say, just watching

Ive gotta say, just watching Denard, but not only him, everyone, they wanted it, they were so hungry, but you could obviously tell by just watching Denard go hard on every run.  Another thing I liked was that you could tell we were playing around with our snap count.  I counted atleast 5-10 times where they had atleast one defensive linemen jump a bit early, and then we would snap it as he was settling back into his stance.  I think we actually faked them out so bad once that they started doing a stunt, and then we snapped the ball when they had all 4 linemen standing up between our guards lol.  (either they started their stunt early or they were caught flipping their linemen to our lines strong side)  Either way, offensively we wanted it, and I cant wait for the bowl game/next year.

11/29/2011 - 8:03pm Top 10 Highest Paid Assistants

The article I got this from came out before Greg Mattisons salary was revealed I believe, so Im going to add him in at $750k per year

Gus Malzahn Auburn $1.3 million

Kirby Smart  Alabama  $850,000

Charlie Weis Florida $765,000

Todd Grantham Georgia $750,000

*Greg Mattison Michigan $750,000

Ellis Johnson South Carolina $700,000

John Chavis Louisiana State $700,000

Steve Kragthorpe Louisiana State $700,000

Kevin Steele Clemson $681,000

Nick Holt Washington $650,000

Manny Diaz Texas $625,000

Bryan Harsin Texas $625,000

So 4 out of the top 5 and 7 out of the top 8 top paid assistants are in the SEC
11/29/2011 - 5:25pm player development

I think that the sec has been so good partly in terms of player development especially because of late because of player development and its because the sec doesnt just pay head coaches the big money but they go out and get great coordinators/assistants and they pay them too.  I mean shit GMatt is making $750k a year and thats unheard of in the B1G, even tSIO is getting the picture and is going to pay big money to get the best assistants they can buy.

11/29/2011 - 3:29pm Its not Washington, Garnetts

Its not Washington, Garnetts Top two teams are Michigan and Stanford in no particular order.  But he was super pumped up about his Michigan visit on twitter and even reached out to Taylor McNamara to talka bout how good it was.  Apparently Magnusson was working on Garnett and now both of them are working on McNamara, so I think its gonna be good.  I mean honestly we will know how it goes with McNamara this weekend.  If he doesnt go on an official visit this weekend, chances are he will come to Michigan for his OV on December 9 (Same date as Kalis/Dunn OV's i think)

11/29/2011 - 11:06am McNamara is going to be a

McNamara is going to be a beast.  With Funchess and McNamara we could literally be the New England Patriots offense.  McNamara will be alot like Gronkowski, super athletic, big bodied, not afraid to block, can catch anything, where as Funchess is like Hernandez, meaning super athletic pass catching machine.  And with AJ Williams to play as an extra OL in the jumbo set, man just think about the mismatches against LBs.

11/29/2011 - 10:05am Woudlnt McNamara take the

Woudlnt McNamara take the place of Pharaoh Brown?
