I have no doubt that there is talent on the roster and some really talented QBs but this staff has extracted none of that talent. It is just terrible.
He is spot on about Gattis through three games.... this isn't Alabama, they aren't just going to beat teams on talent alone. It has been about the least innovative offense in the last 30 years with the exception of maybe Al Borges....

It is strange that nobody has addressed the issue that Michigan under Harbaugh is yet to beat a team which was considered equal or better than them in terms of talent and performance on gameday. Meaning... when they are underdogs they don't win. They are beating the teams they should beat. Good programs sometimes pull out the games they weren't supposed to win. See Urban Meyer's OSU teams.
Sure Michigan is better than when he took over, but the clock is ticking. He is one of the highest paid coaches on the planet in any sport. There is a certain expectation that comes from that. Right now it seems like we have a ways to go to be considered an elite program under this staff.

Whoa that is intense with the "dumb fuck". The whole TOP thing worked for 10 games against inferior opponents. I certainly wasn't singing praise while we were beating up on terrible teams. Nor did I say we should be scoring lightning fast. The point is when you are trying to grind out a game against an opponent who is superior to you upfront it simply won't work. Slamming the ball into the line out of the gun and setting up 3rd and 5 or more never works against good teams.
My god, we are going to cite time of possession? They had a fast 57 yd drive in which there was no resistance. We stalled in the red zone. Time of possession only works if your defense isn't letting the other team walk up the field with no resistance. Time of possession works if you convert in the red zone. The red zone offense is laughable. There was nothing about this plan or scheme that was working.

Downside potential is our defense is not good, stays not good, and gets rolled on vs quality opponents. Our interior defensive line has been poor.

5-7 really feels like the end of a coaching staff... very similar to the way RR and Hoke went down the tubes.

It is 2019 not last year.
We have pumped major cash into this program for Harbaugh and assistants.
We have looked very poor in every facet of the game.
The criticism is deserved.... anyone not able to be critical is not being objective.
