Ziyah Holman (Women Track) claims Silver & Gold at NACAC U23 Championships
Ziyah Holman claimed two medals for the United States over the weekend (July 21-23) at the NACAC U23 Championships in San Jose, Costa Rica. In the 400-meter final, Holman ran an impressive 50.95 to claim the silver medal behind Jermaisha Arnold of the United States. Both Holman and Arnold broke the previous NACAC U23 meet record.
Also, Holman competed on the 4x400 relay team, which secured the gold medal for the United States with a meet record time of 3:26.83, beating the previous meet record, held by the United States for 15 years, by 0.63 seconds.
