Hey Tony, go home and get your fucking shine box, you fucking mutt.

UM cannot stay in this conference anymore. It is shameful if they do.

If you haven’t.. open the link that Auerbach posted. Michigan’s response is direct and quite clear.

If Jim doesnt coach can at least co-host Big Noon Kickoff? Also Ravens play Thursday the 16th so John should be available to coach the team at Maryland next week.

That would be epic.

There are a couple of problems with the Big 10's response:
Didn't they initially say they were deferring to the NCAA? If so, what changed? Either they were worried about "competitive advantage" or they were not? That they changed their tune because of pressure from other Big 10 schools is absurd and undercut their position now.
In fact, if this was such a big deal, why did they wait at all?

Let there be no doubt that Michigan did not start this, but we will finish it. How you deal with a bully. Go Blue, hold fast Wolverines!!

I'm so tired of this

Can anyone imagine the SEC, Big 12 or PAC 12 commissioners doing this to any teams in their conferences? Let alone THE top team, who brings in all the monies. The dude is literally, actively trying to sabotage Michigan, it’s sickening.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:09 PM ^
Sankey would tell the dregs of the SEC to pipe the fuck down and collect their checks. Which is what should've happened in this scenario. The fact that the Purdues of the conference are even trying to whine about competition is laughable.

It’s not just the commissioner, it’s all the other conference members - led by Ohio State - that are trying to take down Michigan.

Illegal sign stealing jeopardizes player safety. Other schools are stealing signs but legally, so that doesn't jeopardize player safety. Ummm...
November 10th, 2023 at 5:05 PM ^
This might be the most breathtakingly dumb aspect of the Big Ten's response. Talk about something that doesn't hold up to the logic test.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:08 PM ^
Yep the Head Putz at Purdue had the signs when he was the Illinois DC when the played us and they injured Blake. He was saying knowing the signals put players at risk - so is he on the hook to pay Blake millions for risking his pro career?
November 10th, 2023 at 5:03 PM ^
This is breathtaking.
I am so glad I went to Michigan. The one school with integrity in this whole attempt to take competitive advantage via a profound lack of sportsmanship.
How fucking ironic these bitches are when they accuse us of that when this whole process is devoid of sportsmanship.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:04 PM ^
So, see what you signed up for USC/UCLA/Washington/Oregon?
You went from a shit show to a colossal heap of Russian Oligarchs. You speak your mind you will be eliminated. Let that set in for you.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:09 PM ^
This whole thing and the obvious BIG response is purely to keep JH off the sidelines and try to keep Michigan from beating PSU or OSU and from winning the BIG. Absolute Bullshit. I am just done with this piss ant conference. Simple hit job.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:24 PM ^
To Hell with the B1G!!!
November 10th, 2023 at 5:33 PM ^
What's the real motive here? Isn't this commissioner a TV guy? It's in his interest to see both Ohio State and Michigan go to the CFP and get the entire conference a boatload of cash. Now they're pissing off Michigan and seemingly trying to obstruct them from the CFP. This makes no sense from a financial standpoint. The only conclusion is that he is a malleable idiot.

Here’s what I would do. Right now we are radioactive and no other conference would likely touch us and we might have a tough time scheduling anyone as an independent. Wait for the heat to die down and then start off with various lawsuits related to defamation that they have to defend and with treble damages. Next time the GOR aid being negotiated play the Tommy Tuberville card if the bylaws allow it and refuse for any business to get done unless the share of revenue is proportional to the value that is provided. We may not be able to leave but we sure as hell can force the hand of the Little Eleven. They won’t have a better deal on the table so they can either bolt with nothing or take their reduced share.
