Friend of the blog Kevin Blauch has a pub by Madison Square Garden and is hell-bent on filling it with fellow Wolverines on Saturday.

Dewey’s Pub on West 30th Street is a sophisticated sports bar—yes I know this sounds like an oxymoron but, like, it’s got flatscreens, some stool tables, and gourmet burgers: what would you call that?

As well as the team’s been doing lately, The AAUM bar has been getting overflowed, and midtown Michigan fans have been looking for a new location. Dewey’s has 19 TVs with audio so you’re not missing the other games, but will still be surrounded by people to high-five when they run Train Panda Hammer. If you’re looking for a seat tomorrow with some good food and blue company, try Dewey’s.

Ahhh! Wish I knew this before the Super Saturday Hockey/Basketball double-header last Jaunary.

That's a great location for a legit sports bar. Since it's near Penn Station, it's kind of no-mans land for decent food/ drink.

Also, for you Jersey and Long Island people, good place to train it in to watch the game.

Will a portion of the proceeds/revenue during the game be donated to the U of M general scholarship fund? The official AAUM bars all contribute in addition to the usual drink specials...

Excellent! I'll be in NYC next weekend and haven't researched where to go for the Maryland game. This is even close to where I will be staying! TY!
