Michigan comes in at #26 overall with the #15 offense and #53 defense.  The Big Ten is the #3 conference behind the Big 12 and SEC.

How are iowa and purdue ahead of us?

And I thought everyone said this msu roster is pure garbage (they couldn't even land an oakland university transfer among others) and gave up trying in the portal.

Hard to make much of this; Michigan could be anywhere from wild good to mediocre, as I see it. They're my team, though, so I will be following with interest.

Indiana only that high up because of returning minutes. They’re my favorite but I think they’re more likely to be mediocre than win the conference. Not a lot of separation between teams. Which is about what most expect.

Thanks for posting this - it's good content. I usually love me some good Kenpom discussion.

Please take no offense, but I'm feeling very happy that I'm not deeply interested in this right now. Football has basically all my attention, for which I'm grateful.

I remember the years when basketball season couldn't come soon enough. Glad we're not in one of those times!

So according to this, we have the toughest opening-night opponent in the entire Big Ten - No. 155 Purdue Fort Wayne. Does that mean our Kenpom bump will be better than everyone else’s Kenpom bump if we’re somehow able to win that game?
