MMB Future Recruit
[If this has already been posted mods please delete]
I know the Early Signing Day approaches. But this news feature about another Michigan recruit was pretty cool

LOL It’s almost two years old—
it’s from January 2020.
Fail.

I’m in for the customary Justin Feagin, Keith Jackson posts.

FYI - I'm starting to think that there's something wrong with another Jackson.
Anyone else notice that we haven't seen any recent news about Michael Jackson? Did he move to Switzerland, retire, or something?

sad that the post police have shouted this down.
it is a nice story about a kid who has a love of the MMB.
glad you posted it so I could watch it again.

Maybe we should have a sticky or a diary of these good stories compiled? I really need good stories often for my mental health, and appreciate a central place to look for them.

That is an excellent suggestion and I'm glad it was reposted even though it's 2 years old as somehow I must have missed this.
Here is also hoping he can get the good grades and test scores as the 1st part of getting into the Michigan marching band of course is to be accepted by the University.

I admit to being the somewhat naive OP. I posted this because I heard it mentioned in a montage promo for CBS morning news online, and then found the story. There was no apparent date, so I thought it might be recent; and it's a nice, pro-Michigan feel-(real)-good story that should be shared.
But, yeah, it surprised me how the "post police" (more like a heckler mob) can be pretty antagonistic toward other posters at times, especially for things with no selfish motives or intention of harm.

I'm afraid the lad received a non-comittable offer.
