Thanks, WD.  While I love the parkinggod highlights and the day-of indulgence, I also enjoy the "extended cut" version with important plays from both sides.  Appreciate the effort in cutting these up after each game.

My buddy and I watched the broadcast after we got back from the game and I think it was a combination of the big hit he took (and subsequent fall) near the goal line on a keeper and the last carry he had on the last drive, where he again took a pretty good shot to the shoulder area. He can be seen grimacing after handing off the ball on the second to last play, basically letting his right arm hang completely limp. I didn't catch this live but he ran off and Peters came in and handed off for the final snap. The announcers didn't catch it, either.

Yes, I saw that too.  He was tackled by two guys putting him to the ground and landing on top of him.  He was kind of sideways on his shoulder as he hit the ground.  To his credit, he stayed to take the next snap but it seemed that his fake after the handoff took him straight to the bench.

NICE work putting this together, true WH style to be sure!

in regards to McCaffrey's injury, we were there and didn't notice when it happened.

At the Wisconsin game, though, towards the end my son yelled out "for the love of God please do not do that ever again!" when McCaf put himself in to truck a defender.  I trust the coaches will work with him after recovery so that he doesn't place himself in peril.

I had an inkling that we were going to whoop PSU's ass during our first defensive series when I saw how McSorley would fold when he was getting sacked by Winovich and then Uche.  Something about that body language for undefined reasons leads me to think that the QB is rattled.  I knew for sure we were going to win when we recovered the fumble after the blocked FG fiasco.

Shit is getting real - we're starting to get all the breaks, and that is often a sign of championship teams.  Hints of BPONE occur each game, but I suspect that's because I am damaged from the last 11+ years.  U-M has everything to play for, and this team believes that it can achieve massive goals.  Very exciting.

PS - massive props to Ed Warriner
