Per Balas, Coach Brandon Naurato quoted as saying Seamus Casey will 100% ready to go for the frozen four. Great news for the team as they chase a National Championship.

loved the locker room stuff. i miss that from back in the day. nothing like it.
This. Absolutely nothing like the every day room experience on a hockey team. The room experience in other sport remotely compares, either. I’ve tried hard to explain this to my wife, as to why that is, but really never can get it quite right.
I got chills right when he said "I hate Green". Me too buddy, me too.
I also effin' love how scrappy this team is. They're ready to muck it up around the crease after the whistle at both ends of the ice. It's gotta be kept in check to stay outta the box, but I think it says a lot about them as players.
Also, I heart Naurato.
Searching my memory from 40+ years ago, our dressing room at Yost was dark green, not dark blue. I also remember the bright green Prell shampoo in the showers. I am so old.

As I've mentioned in other threads - Mrs. Amazinblu is a BC alum - I'm a Michigan alum - and our two children are at Michigan.
I'm glad he will we back. We will need him and all the help we can get against the top teams in college hockey.

Great news. He'll be huge on the power play, and obviously a top pair guy.
Hard to wrap head around us making frozen four 28 times and only winning twice. Here is to hoping the regression to the mean.
We've won 9 times.
9 out of 27 seems like a decent percentage. Men's basketball has been to the nc game 7 times and only won once.
That would seem normal- 33% success rate once in the Frozen Four. Three outcome potential- lose semi, lose final or win the whole Damn thing.

Would rather he have held back and leave the other team guessing. The unknown can be debilitating after the worst case is revealed.
This is one upside to there being 2 weeks between the regional final and the Frozen Four. Heal up. Do NOT cool off though.
Wanted to name my youngest son Seamus. Wife put a stop to that.
