In an NCAA 14 dynasty i was playing with Syracuse, Higdon transferred to our school and won the Heisman in his senior year.

Everything Michigan wants to still accomplish is ahead of us.  IF  we can beat PSU, OSU and Wisconsin and Higdon continues to be the workhorse from here on out, it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Peppers WAS a Heisman front runner at this point...and he went to NYC last year.

I know I shouldn't respond to this...but it's just flat out wrong.

It makes no sense, Peppers faded towards the end of the year. He and Lamar Jackson were the runaway favorites at this point in the year.

Not happening but if he continues at this rate he could be up for Doak. Even if he is Heisman level, this offense is so lacking that opposing defenses will just start swarming on him.

Watched the bulk of the game today - joined today to say this..

Next week will be a dog fight, much like every time we meet (last year was a shellacking, great performance by Blue). The lack of confidence in your offense is understandable, but the confidence of our offense is obviously inflated. I watched this Michigan defense just man handle this IU team. Best defense I have seen in years from Michigan, and that's obviously saying something. Year after year. Top talent. Tip of the cap to it.

Hope a bunch of you can make it to SC for the game next week. Should be a great environment, and with that defense, it doesn't matter who you play. Every week is a contest. That's why next week against Blue is no gimmie, and it never is. Hope to see you there.

Logged in to say thanks for this post! Even though it is in an unbelievably dumb thread, I always appreciate fans who are not only realistic but also respectful. None of us feel too great about next week, but maybe this is the game where we actually see some fire & passion from the boys in blue (like we expected to see last week vs. MSU).

Remember AJ Dillon the 6 foot 1 240 Running Back (True freshman) we didn't keep in our class? Well he just ran for 272 yrs and 4 tds. m It was vs. Louisville who I don't think is good at defense but still he is there #1 back. He was one I wanted to keep because I thought he was underrated. Higdon is the man now!! First it was Evans then he disappeared then it was Isaac now it looks like Walker is next? Would have liked to seen him get more carries he looked faster then the others on his only run.
