Are you serious?

(Now I completely disagree with De'Andre Jordan...people are butt hurt how he handled free agency, but he's a fantastic teammate and does a TON in his community in Texas - there's no reason to dislike him unless you're a Mavs fan).

I think it may be 53 and 15 now. When I was a kid it was 45 and 12. Then the NFL added a taxi squad (guys on the roster but not eligible to play on Sunday.) I don't know what the actual numbers are today, but it's much closer to 3:1 than 10:1.

If you dislike the NBA then of course you're going to say this...because you're a dick who watches sports you don't like and then comments on it.

But if that is NOT you.

This makes no sense. Durant is probably the most likeable superstar in recent NBA history. If LeBron had his career it would be unbearable how much people would be on him. No one has a bad thing to say about Klay Thompson, Kyle Lowry or Paul Geroge.

Irving is Uncle Drew.

Anthony has tranformed his image late in his career with gold medals despite an awful playoff record.

No one pays attention to Demar, Butler or Harrison Barnes.

So you have Draymond who people hate and DeMarcus Cousins who is consistently an idiot a few times a year and a horrible teammate who can be wildy immature.

Seems to me you're just someone who doesn't like the NBA and you already have an image of NBA players in your head. If that's you, fine - but own it.

They play 82 games in a season. Sometimes they play 3 games in 3 days. Of course they're not 100% every game. That's an idiotic statement. I could say much worse about baseball players...who take time off from sitting in the dugout when they're in a slump. Different games different environments. Stop comparing football to basketball.

and consistant with free throws to win this game.  If we perform like we did in pool play during the 1st game, it'll be a sad day for USA Basketball.  I hope this isn't the case and I'd like to see a comfortable win by atleast 14-15 points.

To you, but when you're a multi-million dollar athlete anything that could put your health at risk is not to be taken lightly. I'm not saying that if I were in their shoes I wouldn't have went because the idea of playing in the Olympics would be cool. However if you're someone like Lebron, CP3(still recovering from hand surgery) and Harden who all have gold medals I can understand the reluctancy of not going.
