Holy shit.

"Everybody thinks there's a magic number for Rich Rodriguez to keep his job, have you ever discussed that with him, David?"

"No. I think that's silly." *silence*

...

"You've never said you need to win 7-8 games to keep your job?"

"No."

After Brandon hung up Bill talked about how he loved the fact the Brandon just said "No."  You're absolutley right, Bill didn't want to anger the Man who Creates the Future.

As much as I dislike The HUGE Show, I will say that he is a very good interviewer.  He asks some good questions and usually gets some good guests.  That's the only time I'll listen.

Caputo and Huge are about even in my book.  Both are idiots, frequently say things that make no sense, and take forever to say nothing.  I guess I can tolerate Huge a little more because he seems to favor Michigan over MSU, whereas Caputo is a full-blown Sparty fan -- but they're both GAWD-AWFUL.

As much of an idiot-blowhard as Valenti is, he's at least more entertaining than the other guys because of his enthusiasm, and he's willing to talk about stuff other than sports from time to time.  Then again, maybe Terry Foster just makes him sound good by comparison...

I remember listening to HUGE for a bit when I lived in Lansing, and boy is he horrible on the radio.  I'm happy Brandon silenced him with the win total requirement.

as "the most interesting man in the world."

"... If David Brandon knocked you on your ass, you would have to fight the strong urge to kiss his feet."

" ... cynical radio hosts giggle like little girls when interviewing him ..."

" ... unethical sports 'journalists' bow down and repent in his presence."

Stay thirsty, my friends.
