My 4 year old daughter LOVES

My 4 year old daughter LOVES playing Kinect! This thing blows Wii away. Not having to learn how to use controllers makes these games so cool!

LSU fans would be laughing

LSU fans would be laughing their asses off!!!

I would LOVE to us trade head

I would LOVE to us trade head coaches with LSU!!!

Why couldn't their coach be

Why couldn't their coach be our Tressel?

You are getting what your

You are getting what your impatience with RR asked for. Enjoy!!!

Charlie Weis may be available

Charlie Weis may be available next year too!!  As long as we're being ridiculous...

Has Randy Shannon taken a job

Has Randy Shannon taken a job yet?  He's still down near Miami I think.

This is very telling.

This is very telling.

The Option

Remember when they used that option play against Iowa once or twice in 2009, I was excited about that and then we never saw it again...

Minority Candidate

They have to interview a minority candidate for the job so... As Magnus has already stated so...

RR's Offense

My name may give a clue to my loyalties, but in three years, besides Zoltan fake punts, it seems that RR's offense has been fairly bland.  I don't recall any real trick plays, ever.  That is the thing that I'm really disappointed in...

Making fun of a Walk-on

Making fun of a Walk-on Kicker is BULLSHIT.

Bend It - you are a POS

I'll neg you every time I see you post for choosing an avatar and name like you did.  You are a huge A$$ HOLE!

I would love to watch him

I would love to watch him during the draft.  Watching him falling precipitously like Brady Quinn did would give me a great joy.  I think I'll be able to do that either this draft or next though....

This is very telling!

This is very telling!

Merry Christmas Nate!

I can't wait to read your posts in August and next season.  For now, I'll just quote the bottom of your posts and type WTF.

"Any street urchin can shout applause in victory, but it takes character to stand fast in defeat. One is noise --- the other, loyalty."  Fielding Yost

Where the FUCK is your character now?  You are noise - annoying noise.

AlumniDDS, I'm with you!  I

AlumniDDS, I'm with you!  I hate these kids who are trying to make, possibly, the biggest decision of their lives and do what is best for themselves.  Selfish - nothing more!

I hope you're right!

I hope you're right!

I think you speak the truth.

I think you speak the truth.

That is Cute

However, since the second passing is in the future, it is inaccurate.

Casteel's Age

Is he old enough to be upset about being past over twice for the Head Coaching job at WVU?

Maybe he did and he knows he's staying...

Maybe the relationship that he and DB forged through-out this year is strong enough that neither of them have to feed this media-driven story.  Maybe the lack of leaks coming out of both Stanford and UM are telling the story too many don't want to hear.  I still believe that this is all media noise and the silence from all parties is telling us that there is actually no drama around the program at all.

Did that sound convincing?  Maybe if I repeat it several more times to myself...

Next Year

If the defensive staff stays in tact, where would they have to rank nationally for you to think it was an acceptable move to keep Gerg?

My Question

With 6 weeks of lifting and a month of practice, can we expect defensive improvement?  Maybe a little bit?

I don't care for your inability to spell.

However, it was because you remind me of a whining bitch that I logged in to give as many negbangs as I could. You Sir, should call it a night.

Nice Summary

I am dismayed and amused at the same time at the idea that we, as fans, need to hear either a vote of confidence or some statement saying Rodriguez is gone.  Mr. Brandon doesn't give a shit if we're not happy with his time table, doesn't care what the MSM is saying about UM or the football progam and is following the course he plotted before the season started.

Mr. Brandon's background as a CEO is vastly different than the background of a lifetime student, teacher, coach or any other person who relies on the approval of others as feedback for a job well done.  Following procedure will produce the results that will lead to success.  Sometimes you have to improvise, adjust, and change on the fly.  This is not one of those times - no matter how we feel as fans.

I'm confident that he has the University's best interests in mind.  I'm also confident that he has more information than anyone currently opening their mouth about this situation.  Regardless of how I feel, I'm certain he will do what's best for the football program while leading with his head and not panicking with his heart.  I'm thankful for this.

Now, on with the mushroom clouds!

I'm not old enough to

I'm not old enough to remember too much about Bo. But when I was coaching high school kids, I got choked up saying goodbye to the Seniors... I'm all in for this team, and its coach.

I seem to remember reading

I seem to remember reading that too. But if that's true, it ruins all the other sensational theories out there. That's no fun...

I will follow RR to the next

I will follow RR to the next Blog. And it won't hold a candle to this one, but his offense will be a helluva lot more fun to watch... I am sad.

"Have a take, don't suck."

I don't care for that promo for his show...

"I want a Hippopautumus for

"I want a Hippopautumus for Christmas!"  Greatest Christmas song ever!

I've stated elsewhere that I

I've stated elsewhere that I was certainly less informed, but generally happier before I was introduced to this MGoWorld.  I missed all of last night's activities on the board and I don't regret it.

Oh for the days when I found out who was on Michigan's team by purchasing a program at the stadium that first weekend in September...

Good Luck to Dee Hart, although I feel let down right now, I know that in a year or two we'll have a RB that I can't wait to watch on Saturdays - it never fails...

Tired

I will be very happy for RR when he knows what next year will hold.  I'm growing increasingly tired of the "THIS IS MICHIGAN" crowd.

Just goes to show you...

Three days ago I was saying "What if Qatar was awarded the World Cup in 2022?" so....

It was probably:

"that are going to be staying when I leave..."  Of course, I say that in jest!  Whew, that was fun!

Telling

This is very telling...

I'll insert "any coach"

2007 Stanford 4–8 3–6
2008 Stanford 5–7 4–5
2009 Stanford 8–5 6–3

How about Harbaugh's first three years?  I still don't know why he's the saviour - not that you were saying that...

+1 to you!

My favorite movie of the Christmas Season!

Why does changing the coach better the program?

3-9 to 5-7 to 7-4 how the hell is that not progress?!  I get it that its not at the speed everyone wanted but how the hell does that progress not stall by switching to a Pro-style offense?  Question the coaching, fine.  But not giving the time to bring in and develop the players necessary for success doesn't make sense to me.

Tired

I love watching this team!  It hasn't been pretty, it hasn't always been fun, but how can anyone not think that group of young men is not a team?!

Rich Rodriguez DOESN'T teach ball security?  That's just a stupid thing to say.  You can coach a team, you can teach them technique, you CAN NOT control how they execute on the field.

This Diary was well done.  Can't wait 'til DB let's everyone know that RR will be our coach in 2011.

I get where you're coming

I get where you're coming from Dark Blue, but one of the best parts of Brian's writing is the honesty.  I look forward to the days when his honest opinion causes the Happiness Quotient on this blog to increase!

I still think we can win on Saturday - if we can just score early and often!!

I would love to see him coach

I would love to see him coach the Niners, or some other Pro franchise.  Then I wouldn't have to think about the dismantling of this offense under a pro style coach...

Your math gives me a sad.

I read through so many of these posts, realizing that the original premise is stupid or poorly supported, looking for something to make me smile.  " Your math gives me a sad."  This sentence restores my faith in the comedic genuis that lies beneath the surface of so many of the long-time posters, I enjoyed it very much.  Thank you, Sir.  +1.

Saturday and Sundays

Before Coach Rodriguez was hired, and when I was just a casual fan of Michigan Football, my Saturdays were never so exciting and my Sundays never so full of depression.  But yesterday was my first time tailgating on the golf course.  I had three college friends up from Wisconsin, several buddies, two brothers-in-law and my beautiful wife with me.  It was a great day!  My team didn't win, but at the end of the day, the weather was beautiful, the beer was cold, and I was happy.

If you're not a player or a coach on the Michigan Football team, its just a game.  How the outcome effects you is your problem.

I have great disdain for the

I have great disdain for the University in Central Florida and I don't care for their athletes!

Numbers don't lie

Unless they're wrong...  I've got some college buddies coming over from Wisconsin for this weekend's game and I will be very pleased if the game is close!  I'll have fun either way, but if a win is improbable, a close game will be great.

UFR bitches, UFR

Between this one and the Defensive UFR, I stand in awe.  All your Brian are ours!

Nerves

With the excecption of UMASS, the bye week,  and Penn State I have been nervous for every Saturday the past two years.  I have never played football, but I watch a lot of other college football programs tackle better than UM does.

I am starting to believe that its not just inexperience on the part of our young defenders, I really think its a lack of confidence.

I agree with a previous poster somewhere that said a new defensive staff doesn't make our Secondary more experienced.  But I also agree that the DC should have some authority to hire his own assistants...

In short, I don't know what the answer is.  I don't think that its negligence on the part of the coaching staff and I'm tired of reading people who do seem to think that.

I will enjoy every game this year - after the sixth win...

Oh My God

I look like Mike O'Malley! What a shitty realization...
