Amaizing Day for M Sports
For those of you who have difficulty multi-rooting and could only focus on basketball, yesterday was a banner day for Michigan athletics:
M Basketball gutted its way into the Final Four.
M Hockey gutted its way into the Great Eight (or whatever they call it these days in hockey).
W Gymnastics won the B1G tournament in Champaign to clinch both the regular season and tournament titles -- their fifth in a row and 24th overall.
M Swimming placed 8th in the NCAA tournament, bettering their seeding.
M Lacrosse traveled to Maryland, the cradle of lacrosse, and ground out a 9-6 victory over UMBC (YTUMBC).
And for the little cherry on top, M Baseball traveled to East Landfill and beat Staee for the second day in a row.
Who's got it better than us? . . . WE DO! Yes, that's right, we actually have it better than ourselves, if you can wrap your brain around that concept. GO BLUE !!! Beat BU!!!

hopefully today brings a Frozen Four berth and a sweep of the Spartans.
Also "Lansing".....how odd to name a city after a procedure that drains puss from a boil.

All this good stuff has come down since McElwain showed up. Sure as shit this wouldn't have happened if Dan Enos stuck around. Dare I say thanks to Nick Saban?

This is going to be a great year!! Softball and baseball are up after basketball gets their wins. Then we're going to open up a can on Notre Dame in the fall. Then the basketball team "that we've been waiting for when all those recruits show up" get started! Great year so far and ahead!!

What kind of sucks if you are on one of those Michigan teams though, is that you can never watch any of the other Michigan teams.
I don't care who you are or what your sport is, if Michigan is playing for a Final Four, you'd want to be able to watch it.
