Wyatt Shallman is "extremely elusive" in the same way that John Navarre was "fleet of foot."
Drake was by far the best RB last year. Isaac had very impressive freshman numbers in LA.
When Drake started getting carries it was looking like our O-line was not as bad as the talk. Drake is fast, he hits the hole hard, he is hard to bring down and can read a block.
Green and Smith have struggled for 2 years. We have seen a flash or two, but that is not enough. They step up this year or they will get passed by. By who? I have no idea, but I don't think JH will be giving carries for long to guys that don't read a block or if they go down easy.
Was there an UFR for the Ohio game, I would like to see how the OL graded out or if more of it was on Drake? Is Drake that much better at finding the hole (lulz) than the other guys?
True. And I don't necessarily agree with it. He just seems like a Harbaugh back.

If it were clear, there wouldn't be so much dissension. He's not that great - he doesn't break as many tackles as he needs to, and he's slow. That still might be enough to get him on the field, but he's a pretty uninspiring "#1 back" if he indeed wins the job.

No, not really. But I think he's a better blocking TE than receiving TE.
because we are somewhat deep at RB. Hopefully, we get coaching that produces good results on the O-line so they can finally show what they are made of
Probably because we have two Rivals 5-star backs, two other guys with significant experience (Drake Johnson, De'Veon Smith), and a short-yardage guy that Harbaugh seems to like (Shallman).

What DG did behind our offensive line - i give the kid a 6th star. Devin is a perfect example of a kid you think to yourself, what could have been under normal Michigan circumstances.
247 has him at 6'2", 233 lbs. On the small side for a D1 tight end, no? Obviously the kid is a porspect, but is it really at TE?

Khalid Hill is 6'2", 252 lbs. after 2+ years on campus.
