2 Free tickets to No. Illinois

Submitted by scanner blue on September 17th, 2021 at 9:39 AM

So I have 4 tickets given to me in the south end zone, up high. Two are going to my son and two can go to some lucky deserving fans. Short notice I know, but I will do some sort of random draw ( paper names in a hat). The only requirements are that you not be some wacko, MGoLunatic Fringer determined by a 30 sec  perusal of your posting history. I will probably leave them at will call (NE entrance to Crisler) unless you’re at a tailgate at 9am (I’m In the Stadium at 9:30). Will choose today at about 1pm.
I hope my buddy robF can hook me up with your email. Otherwise I’ll post my burner email at 2pm

This is very cool. If I didn't have meetings today and tomorrow, I would have entered to drive up from TN w/my son. He's never been to the Big House, and it's a bucket list sort of thing for us. One of these days, though. Thanks for doing this, and I hope whoever gets them has a great time!

This isn't the best place to ask this question but here goes.. I'm looking to buy 2 tickets to the game at Wisconsin. Any recommendations outside of stubhub, etc..? This site used to reference Ticketiq and I've checked there and prices seem reasonable. Still, can't hurt to ask.

Also, this will be my first time in Madison. Open to all food/drink recommendations. Thanks.

FYI RobF cannot hook you up with their email since that would be a violation of our policy. We do not share those unless they email us and say it's okay. The best we can do is email them separately and give them your email if you expressly give us permission.

I do not have enough points to start a thread, but I would like to give my tickets away to someone that could use them. The seats are for me and my two sons (8 and 11) - so ideally i'd like to donate them to a father that will enjoy them with his kids. I actually get more enjoyment out of watching my boys enjoy the game/experience more than anything. Yeah - i'm getting OLD.

Section 11, Row 54, Seats 10-12 (Seats are padded and on the aisle).

I would love them! I was only thinking about taking my son but if there was a 3rd ticket I would take one of my daughters.  Son is 11 and daughters are 8, 14, & 15.  Oldest daughter has a soccer game so I would probably take the 14 yr old.  I don't know if this helps me or hurts me in this matter, but we are from Ohio so it is nice to get away from these idiot fans for a Saturday. Go Blue!

They are yours! We live just outside of Cleveland, so I know what you mean. Last week we left the house at 8am, parked by 1015 to tailgate. Pulled into our driveway about 230am. Was a very long day, but absolutely worth it. My boys loved every second of it. Memories that will last forever.

Do you have a burner email I can send info to?

I don't want the tickets.

But, I am intrigued by this comment "The only requirements are that you not be some wacko, MGoLunatic Fringer determined by a 30 sec  perusal of your posting history. "

Do I pass muster? Maybe not.

Your gesture is very generous, but in an oddly unfriendly and judgmental way, in my opinion.  But, this is the internet and you don't know us. I get the initial feeling you have.

Chances are, though, whoever you pick from here is probably an okay person to sit near for 3 hours.  Our season tickets are next to a guy who has been loud an obnoxious sometimes.  He really bothered me when we first got season tickets years ago.  Slowly, we have gotten to know his wife and him over the years.  He's just really outwardly passionate about football and mellow about most other things. When we came back for this season, we all caught up on how the kids were doing, etc. and it was great. He has mellowed a bit as he has gotten older... and maybe getting to know him made him less annoying.

Anyway, I guess my thought is that I think your son and the random Michigan fan form this board will enjoy themselves in person.... as long as there isn't any surprise on the scoreboard!

Just bought my tickets this morning for myself but I do have a client I just wrote (Im and insurance guy) that is a big Michigan fan and his son has double kidney failure and they have never been to a game. Seem like very nice people. If you consider throwing them in the hat it would be much appreciated. My email is [email protected] if you have any questions. Go Blue!

Last minute change of plans for my weekend.  I have 4 tickets available as well for this game. These are my season tickets with cushion seats in SE corner.  First to reply, you can have them.  Just can't be an asshole, because I sit around a bunch of wonderful people.
