There was a post years ago, (Denard/RichRod era) at the start of the season IIRC or maybe before the OSU game or something that included a video of Michigan highlights set to some indie song I'd never heard before with a female singer. I can't remember the group or the name of the song but I loved the video. It started out all sad and stuff, showing clips of bad plays and general ineptitude from the season before then when the song really kicked in (there was an f-bomb I think) the highlights turned to sweet plays that made us hopeful for what was about to come. Anyone remember that or what the song was? I've been wondering about that for years.
Logged in and commenting for the first time in years to say that while I'm not very active, as a Michigan fan this site and your writing have gotten me through many tough seasons and made the occasional bright spots that much more fun. Well, said. There could have easily been a very different feel from this win had a few plays not gone off the rails. The dropped passes in the endzone and missed pick 6 were a lot of points left on the field. The defense's worse sin in my opinion was the failure to tackle in key plays, notably MTSUs first touchdown. Way too many times we had a defender in position to make a TFL or a sack but they slipped out of their hands.
Uh, yeah man, I live down here and they do all have scarlet coats. You should have heard them whining about the "blackout" game this year. "I'm not going to buy a black coat just for this game! Rabble rabble tradition rabble SCARLET RABBLE!!"
I was actually thinking it was more like the fight between Oberyn and The Mountain. I feel like somebody stuck their thumbs in my eyes and crushed my skull.
Art Regner was on WDFN today saying that his sources tell him Brady Hoke is a done deal. Makes no sense to me but apparently he was confident in it. He also said that Harbaugh wants the job, but it wasn't offered.

I thought I heard them say before the game that Kemp had an undisclosed injury and would not play.
