Submitted by gater on

According to Sam Webb and Scout.com.

RT @23gene: Miles is not the only coach Brandon will be speaking with. I'm hearing that a coach from one of this years BCS bowls is a target

Edit: Someone asked for Flight Tracker:

Brandon has a house in Scottsdale which what shown in this magazine: http://is.gd/koP8J

it kind of sounds to me based on all of this probably fake info that we are getting miles, gruden, stoops, or patterson (last two being longshots).  not that i know anything.  but if any one of those four are our worst case scenario i think my heart palpitations will go away.

in question that people are following landed at Love Field, which is where most of the executive jets fly into Dallas.  Its on the Northwest side of Dallas, further from Ft. Worth than DFW.

either way, I doubt where they land is a hinderance, since if you have a corporate jet at your access you probably can grab a car when you need one.

(DB rushes in out of breath during play) " (huffing, hands on knees) Sorry (puts hand up)...I got em... I found our coach (huge sigh, almost high pitched), here he is!" (in walks Miles, Patterson, Gruden, whomever, but not Hoke) (coach waves to the crowd and crowd roars) "alright guys, as you were" (DB straightens tie and walks out)

haha well he could do this at the Ohio State game Wednesday which is also a home game for Michigan...  He could then make an announcment like Jim Tressle a couple years ago...Its almost better to do it against OSU bc they are our RIVAL and its a higher ranked team and the crowd will b much mre into it bc of it being a conference/rivaly game...i kno i repeated myself

I am tired of hearing about supporting the coach! Does anyone really believe that RR would of had a better record if everyone was all in? He was over his head! I defended him until I was blue in the face! I wanted him to work out but looking back he was just out of his league and left with no upperclassman

DB has shy bowel syndrome, and can only 'go' on home turf. Hence the detour to Scottsdale; not related to BCS game at all.

Dallas 'interview' is actually a brisket-eating contest between Patterson and Miles; winner to face Hoke in a pie-eating contest on Sunday. Winner gets Michigan job.

Hoke has the best circumference of them all. Patterson looks a little thick too, though. Miles will have a threesome with Patterson and Hoke's wives during this pie eating contest, thus winning by neutralizing the rest of the field, though.

You could say, he'll win a whole other kind of pie eating contest.

Domino's Pizza CEO and former Michigan player David Brandon did respond to an e-mail request for an interview, and addressed an assertion by Dufek that Brandon teamed up with Carr to convince Martin to shy away from Miles.

"Well, that's absurd," Brandon said by phone. "I'm not on the committee and have not had any kind of official role in the search and in fact, had no conversations with Bill Martin from the time soon after Lloyd's announced retirement until well after the whole Les Miles deal."
Brandon - who played with Miles at Michigan, but said the two have not kept in touch - added that he thought "Les deserved to be a very viable candidate in that search."

The Domino's CEO also said, "I'm as interested as everybody else is in understanding not only what's happened, but where are we going to go from here."

If we hired Stoops (which I don't think there is a chance in hell will happen), Brandon can literally introduce him, wait for Stoops' stereotypical new coach speach, and then pull him pants down and tell everyone to kiss his ass.

Because no one would do it for them. Since Harbaugh left, the only two names I've even heard speculated on that would cause a "OMG he's our coach I want to marry him now!" good freakout across the Michigan community would be Gruden or Stoops. Patterson wouldn't be too far behind. Miles and Hoke would cause a lot of bickering.
