11/15/2018 - 12:17pm This is the way to go. I've…

This is the way to go. I've spent 1 of the last 3 years overseas, and a good VPN allowed me to stream everything. Just need decent internet.

11/06/2018 - 5:12pm This. We have to be careful…

This. We have to be careful. Held the lead last year, and JT went down. Haskins flipped the script and ran things a different way and had some success.

OSU struggles early, don't be surprised to see them go a different way and bring the QB run back in play.

11/05/2018 - 1:53pm Exactly this. I think most…

Exactly this. I think most rational observers would have said Peters might have been enough to win versus OSU last year, with a far less developed O-Line. The last two years, M has outcoached OSU significantly and even serviceable QB play could have won that game. If Peters has remained sharp in practice and the film room, it wouldn't be ideal, but the kid can win us that game, especially with how our O-Line has evolved.

10/16/2018 - 1:04pm This is such a tired talking…

This is such a tired talking point. Why can't people look at these with a little context.

  • Harbaugh should be 2-1 against MSU (save the flukiest play of all-time)
    • Outplayed a better team in 2015
    • Hamblasted them in 2016
    • John O'Korn and The Great Deluge in 2017
  • Harbaugh could easily be 2-1 against OSU, as well
    • Destroyed in 2015
    • Let Samuels out from a 7-yard loss and a long FG to tie in OT in 2016
    • Fantastic game plan, incompetent QB play in 2017

To say that the team or the coaching staff haven't been prepared for either rival is insanity.

I don't know. Outhitting Scott Frost at night would be pretty stellar.

01/18/2018 - 3:38am My Keith Jackson engrained

My Keith Jackson engrained memory was the Colorado-Nebraska, Big-12 title game where Bobby Purify ran wild on the Huskers. I just remember Jackson's calls so well, "Bobby PURIFY!" "Purrrifffyyyyyy!"

11/19/2017 - 9:35pm What I still can't get over

What I still can't get over is that wicked 2-pt conversion they saved for garbage time against KSU in the Buffalo Wild Wings bowl, whilst running the most generic play possible, after showing their hand even, in the 2-pt try to potentially win against OSU in that game. Damn you, Borges!

DILLY DILLY!

10/10/2017 - 10:40pm Seriously. This is a joke.

Seriously. This is a joke. People get interested, especially young people, by being able to see them. I've been trying to get into soccer fandom, but half the games for this qualifying round are on BEIN or some stupid app and you can't watch. How about some money invested in being able to simple televise these important games. FFS.

09/17/2017 - 4:18pm Really just depends on who's

Really just depends on who's available and where the request gets funneled. The majority of the time these flights are built into the flying program of the Wing and are good training events for time-on-target work.

06/21/2017 - 9:49am Fact.

Fact.

I moved down to GA for work, and my best friend from here was an MSU grad. B1G brotherhood in SEC country. Michigan nostalgia. Friendly rivalry. It's the way to go. Unless this individual is a turd. Then whatever, just be better at your job than him.

06/13/2017 - 5:06pm Man, only one forced fumble

Man, only one forced fumble the rest of his career after his debut. Seems like typical ND player atrophy.

06/12/2017 - 10:08am Why is that asinine?
Aside

Why is that asinine?

Aside from a the revenue sports, why is it asinine that a women's coach make the same as a men's coach? They both do the same thing for the University. Neither sport generates revenue for the University. Seems entirely reasonable that both a men's and women's coach for the same sport make the same amount of money.

06/05/2017 - 12:10pm This is laughable coming from

This is laughable coming from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is an established, slightly less brutal (maybe? definitely publically) ISIS. This isn't even mentioning any sort of tertiary funding that leaves the country and bounces around banks until falling into nefarious hands. This is a total ploy from KSA (not saying Qatar may not have their own nefarious dealings, though).

05/09/2017 - 9:09am Signed up for Ironman

Signed up for Ironman Chattanooga for 2016, had to cancel, so am making another go at it this year. Just building up the volume with mostly the goal of finishing. I've got some time goals, but with work and travel, it's hard to get the rigid structure and consistency to expect max potential.

04/27/2017 - 9:54am I still fail to comprehend

I still fail to comprehend how he did not fumble that. It defies physics. Truly.

01/11/2017 - 1:21am You do realize that we were a

You do realize that we were a FG and a fourth down stop in the 4th Quarter from meeting that prediction (which was 12-0, for the regular season). Hard to say that was unreasonable, even with the benefit of hindsight. That was an extremely reasonable prediction, and a less than a handful of bounces from coming to fruition.

01/01/2017 - 1:19am McCray drastically improved

McCray drastically improved in this department throughout the season. Even last night, the long gain on the wheel route to Dalvin, McCray was right on him and it took a perfect throw to beat him. Even slightly underthrown and McCray breaks that up. I thought he performed admirably late in the season in coverage. I'm excited at his potential next season.

12/30/2016 - 9:04am This was fantastic, Adam.

This was fantastic, Adam. Simply fantastic. Would love to see this once or twice at the end of each season on some of our favorite players (maybe Order of the St. Kovacs winners).

If we had to wander the wilderness of RR/Hoke to acquire Harbaugh, I will gladly do it again. Now, sure, we probably could have had him sooner with a competent Athletic Department, but that's a different story...

Michigan is an international school, especially in athletics. Of course they're representing their home countries. Still great to see their success even for other countries. Go Blue knows no boundaries!

Agreed.

Next month is my last payment on over $60K. It is going to be a great day. Even if loan foregiveness was an option, I wouldn't take it. I'd rather own my education and have earned it than been bailed out.

10/22/2015 - 12:00pm Rutgers needs Hoke to just

Rutgers needs Hoke to just clean up their program. They need a positive figure head in that department, and I feel like Hoke would fill that roll well. Be weird with him back in our conference, but I really think that's a good fit.

Hoke to Rutgers.

I'm just down the road from her, down at Moody AFB. No fun being a Michigan fan down in SEC country!

09/30/2015 - 3:32pm Yes, but this QPF is

Yes, but this QPF is unrelated to the Hurricane. It is associated with frontal system pushing up the East Coast. Big difference in planning if it's a normal frontal system or a Hurricane.

09/30/2015 - 3:24pm That is true, but that is not

That is true, but that is not the case when the distance between the storm center and the location of the game is still well over 500 miles. I don't see Joaquin having any impact on the game or people leaving the next morning. Now, flight cancellations are still possible due to adverse weather from the frontal system, but not Joaquin, unless government parties really jump the gun or this thing speeds up drastically.

09/30/2015 - 3:20pm I am also a meteorologist,

I am also a meteorologist, and this seems rather alarmist. It may start raining on Saturday, but it won't be because of Hurricane Joaquin. As of the current track, the storm will still be located well to the South, remaining SE of the Outer Banks in North Carolina on Sunday morning, at 8AM. Model trends have continued to slow this down, and not speed it up, and if it goes any slower it may get caught up in the cold front and push it farther out to sea. Speaking of cold front, that will be the main driver of rainfall along the coast on Friday and Saturday, not Joaquin. Joaquin isn't slated to be level (latitude wise) until Monday morning at 8AM. So, based off the current projections, moving up the game seems like a premature move. My two cents.

12/02/2014 - 2:07pm Lightning

Lightning within 5 stops the USAF, every time.

10/13/2014 - 7:31pm I would venture to say that a

I would venture to say that a professional has more balance in their lives than the weekend warrior. Triathlon is their job. Would you say that working your job for 40-50 hours per week is forsaking your friends and family in order to glorify yourself. I would doubt that. A job is a Job, but just because his is cooler doesn't make it that he is forsaking friends and family for himself.

But yeah, sweeping generalizations are always true, so you must be right.
