I wasn't going to fly up from Florida for a glorified practice, even if the weather were to be nicer. I wasn't even planning on watching this year. The entire spring practice schedule was a jumble, with the spring game scheduled with more practices still to follow thereafter. Never saw that happen before, I don't think. How did we ever end up with such a disjointed practice schedule?

Attention mgobloggers, Spring Game has been cancelled, due to lack of hussle. Deal with it.
thats the first thing that came to my mind.. a missed opportunity to get some recruits on/back to campus.

a blizzard with thunder snow. 1 to 2 feet of snow! I'm not sure AA will see that much thunder, just a cold rain.
Bummer for Michigan fans :(
Bigger bummer for Notre Dame coaches :)
I feel especially deprived, because I was looking forward to seeing Shea Patterson take on one of the top defenses in the country.
I wasn't a real fan of the preceeding Harbaugh spring games format, with team captains picking the rosters.
Dividing the position players into 2 groups, doesn't give a good feel for the state the team. It seemed more like sandlot pickup.
Most other teams pit the n°1 offense vs the n°1 defense, then the n°2s have a go. That gives a better feel to state of each group.

"Fuck me in the butt with a pineapple this was what I’d been looking foward to for a week"
Bailing because of cold and rain? Seems like a lack of resolve.
