After watching Indiana outplay OSU for two and a half quarters and now Rutgers take it to Washington for two and a half quarters, Is wondering if there should be tighter scholarship limits. The powerhouses have too much depth and speed for the smaller programs to compete. Either that or only play 30 minutes.

Their QB situation last year was as bad as I've ever seen any team...ever.

Bolin is a decent QB, lost his job to a Heisman Trophy winner. That said, they're still doo doo.

If UW is as good on defense as they are supposed to be, Rutgers must have a pretty good run game. Their defense seems alright too.
