Well, labor is by definition variable overhead. If you're talking fixed overhead/costs then that's something different and typically isn't considered in long term pricing strategy. Optimal market pricing in a competitive market is when your marginal cost = marginal revenue for the firm...which would equal the unit price. Marginal cost is the cost of producing the next incremental unit and by that definition would be variable unless it's some weird situation where the Nth tshirt jersey required some capital investment such as a new production line.

So basically, no, your Tshirt jersey is never going to be $1,500 once the factory moves to the US. Unless you're talking about the year 2094 based on a 3% rate of price inflation.

Heather gray is cool in general, but minus the jumpman logo this looks like a box of expensive jersey t-shirts got lost on its way to State College, PA. I know it roughly matches our current jersey style, but it does not look like Michigan attire to me.
