we won a rivalry game in our first real road test. this will keep the team hungry as well. we won't be penalized by the committee. after their opening drive we were never behind again.

How do you know we won't be penalized?  From what I've heard the committee doesn't have time to watch all the games so if they just see we beat them by a slim margin they may penalize us.  Bottom line, we had a chance for a statement win and didn't capitalize.

The D spent a lot of time out on the field.  If we would of scored a TD on that opening drive, then this would be the blowout most of us thought.  I'm a bit worried that our OL will not hold up against OSU, we need to run the damn football. We should have had 300 yards running on this state D, Maryland had more rushing yards than we did!

If its one thing i have to neg harbaugh about he go's way to conservative towards the end of the game. Runs on first and second down all the time. the play action pass on 1st down was no where to be found the last 1/4 and a half. they were sold out to stop the run and we wouldnt adjust. It seems to me he was playing not to lose instead of going for the throat and putting them away.

First half the past two weeks our offense was unstoppable because we mix it up beautifully.  But then in the second half we go old school Michigan football and become predictable.  If it ain't broke why change it in the second half?

Regardless, I'll take the win and now we can put little brother behind us where they belong!

GO BLUE!!

Why is everybody freaking out?  This is literally MSU's superbowl.  Look at every team that has won a national championship, they always have a close game against a not so good team during their regular season.  We're gonna be fine.  Paul is coming home.  Go Blue.
