OT: Best tattoo shop/ artists in Michigan

I am thinking of getting some new ink done and wanted to get some opinions on who does the best work in Michigan. I have no problem traveling to different parts of the state to get a quality tattoo. So who are some of the best artists in Michigan? Feel free to post any pics also.

I would recommend Laura Kondon. I think she's working at Loyalty Tattoo in Flint now. Her realistic stuff and shading is incredible. Check out her work on facebook at Laura Kondon Tattoos and Art.

Ryan Methric at North Main Tattoo Studio in Plymoth.I went to high school with him and he has always been a crazy good artist.

My gym is two doors down from that shop. Super nice people and all of the artists are amazing plus they did a great job renovating their building. Kind of like a "who's who" from other shops coming together to start North Main. (I don't have tattoos but this is what my clients tell me.)

I haven't had the gumption to leave Ann Arbor in my short 26 years so I can only attest to the quality at Name Brand Tattoo. They were willing and able to take a piece of work I sketched myself and turn it into a great design on my left shoulder. Better than I could have imagined honestly.

I would consider getting the Five Rings tattoed on me. So far that's it with regard to ink. In the meantime, I am seriously considering getting a laser and going into medical tattoo removal....

That's not a joke. There is a large and growing market for tatoo removal as the fad dies out and people want to get rid of their Courtney Love tatoos and other such inspired tatoos.

Joey Singleton, Ethos Tattoo in Saline. Taylor Lewan still to this day, will not let another artist tattoo him. Several former players still go to Joey.

You may consider Mos Eisley's on Division Ave. I have a few from a couple different locations around the area that are acceptable, but my cuz got his daughter's face portrait and I have to say it is flawless. I would say face portraits takes mad skillz.
