Ohio State upset #4 Kentucky

Kentucky might be underwhelming this season, but I'm surprised and actually impressed this abysmal Ohio State team beat Kentucky.. As much as I hate the Buckeyes you can't really lie, this is pretty actually impressive. Hoping Michigan can pull it together.

You guys are the same Michigan fans who would be content with an NIT this season with how unrealistic you guys are talking about this team, it's pretty funny honestly. Anyone with an inside defender would shut down anything we try besides the 3.

Nobody is content with the nit or thinks we are headed there. We just find it ridiculous that you are claiming that a team lost to Texas Arlington, louisiana tech, and uconn by 20 is going to destroy us. Maybe you're a closet buckeye fan?

I said UK would destroy us. Ohio State could surely compete. Any team in the Big Ten with a capable big man down low is going to force us to live and die by the three, which is impossible when Offensive and Defensive rebounding is not existent. Our Point Guard is our best rebounder, are you serious to say we could compete against anyone with a dude 6'10" or taller with a slight amount of muscle?

Yay, we got a triple double against two nobodies. We have a 3 game losing streak to MSU who is dominating the conference before it even opened conference play, and one possibly quality win.

Michigan has won 7 of the last 13, idiot.  the mere fact that you're even paying attention to last year when essentially the entire team was injured. When you're forced to play walk ons due to injury, you get a pass.

It's not that easy to accept the State cop out of injuries when we weren't exactly playing extremely awesome last year when we were healthy.. And besides losing Spike forever and Irvin struggling from returning from his, who else is struggling with a season altering injury right now, and why?

I was at the smallest ever crowd recorded at Crisler Arena, I believe it was an NIT game against Utah State, we had a capable group of big men who could defend and an awesome dunker in Brent Petway who arguably had the coolest haircut designs. I'd say I'm not that ungrateful considering how many games I supported them through.

God, you're awful.  So you were around during the Amaker days and are claiming that we had amazing big men...

Who?  Graham Brown?  Sure, he'd be an improvement on this team, but not that much.  Chris Hunter?  More of a finess big in the mold of Tim Duncan than the JYD-type that everyone claims we lack.  Courtney Sims?  A bigger, but softer, version of Hunter.  

Brent Petway would jump high.  And we loved him for it.  But I'll take Duncan Robinson over Brent Petway.

I can outlast every neg you throw at me, but looking at your point history, you appear to be a "serial negger" of other folks on a regular basis.

If we were Ohio State you'd be claiming that it didn't matter that we won because we already had a ton of terrible losses. Since we're not them, their terrible losses don't matter anymore and they're going to the final four because of one win over an overrated UK team. That's the way you "fans" work.

We just won a game by 59 points in which we scored 1.49 points per possession and one of our players recorded only the fifth triple-double in program history, and you're having a huge meltdown?

No, we didn't look good against Xavier, UConn, and SMU.  But those games are water under the bridge.  All we can do is play the next game on the schedule as well as we can, and we certainly did that tonight, unless you expected us to win by even more than 59. 

If you're this angry right now, maybe you need to take a break from sports for a little while.

I would just like to point out that in JB's system the bigs box out and the guards focus more on rebounding. Also, Walton happens to be a pretty damn good rebounding guard. But, yeah, our lack of interior game is a bit of a concern. At least to me.

I checked this out.  The Buckeyes had 4 returning players and have 8 new players.  Also Russell went to the NBA and he was their best player last year.

This looks like the reason they have been very inconsistent early on.

The Buckeyes have alot of upside as they showed Kentucky today.
