A rational observer might remark that rankings like that underscore the flaws in the RPI formula.
UTA is 8-2 with losses to Louisiana Tech and Texas (whom we beat) and no wins over top 100 teams.

It is very early to be so negative. Our key guys will take a little time to shake off the rust from time off from injuries. I think we can get it going in the B1G.
Playing great in February and March is more important than in November and December.

That being said, this game single handily reaffirmed my hatred (possibly strengthened) towards Ohio St. All Ohio state fans came out of the woodwork for basketball when they managed to beat a perennial powerhouse. Three-fourths of them didn't/don't watch Ohio state basketball but still talk shit. Fuck Ohio state, I hate them.
Side note: if they would keep fucking Skal out of the game, they would have won that. That man is poo-poo

Not a Kentucky fan at all, and honestly I kind of like it for the Big Ten, but that's really rough. Stay strong my friend.
