No....he's a kid and we don't need him that bad. Gotta stop treating these guys like they're kings. If he wants to come, great, but we shouldn't act desperate.

Hey, if he's down towards the student section and the kids are obliged, by all means. But no way should sections, say 21 ..22 ...23.. and so forth be chanting his name. No, in those sections you're supposed to slip him some cash and a business card for, you know, any favors he might need. He's from Jersey fergodsakes!

played at Noon vs an opponent not named Ohio State will compete with the Iron Bowl, chant or no chant. I think we just need to win the game, don't boo if losing, cheer normally and have a full stadium. That's about all the game will/can do, IMO. He then needs to have a good time Saturday night. Win his mother over and that'll do more than any chant. Yes, 18yr old boys will go against a parent's desires but not often when they really want something. For every McDowell there are 50 kids that appease the parents. Win mom, win the game, give him a fun night and don't be a crowd that acts like we're playing EMU. That's all we can do. It's not UTL or a major rival but BYU at Noon.

You are a good poster and people like you. I don't know why you felt the need to belittle and yell at everyone and claim they have an "air of superiority" just because they don't love your idea of chanting a recruit's name...
