Equipment: Michigan has 3 new sets of receiver gloves for 2014

Submitted by Wolverine Devotee on

So that whole "this may be my last thread for awhile" thing didn't last very long given it's national syllabus week

So.....I figured I'd give an equipment change update.

I know.....some of you want to wring my neck for posting these, but this should be the last one of the season (unless another alternate happens which......../doom).

New receiver gloves! 3 sets of new ones. Michigan will finally wear the ones that make an image when you put the hands together. (Just don't get any celebration penalties)

The standard gloves that will be worn all season save 2 games-

The special Pink Game gloves that will be worn sometime in October.

I assume that the Pink Game this year will be a road game. Michigan's only October home game is 10/11. On 10/11, they'll be sporting a much different look. Wearing these-

Past equipment updates-

New adidas Shockwave socks for 2014

New adidas CrazyQuick shoes, Road Shockwave socks to be worn in 2014

Brian must've been an XFL fan. Because-

Upvoted for making me laugh in my office when I clicked on the thread knowing who the OP must be.

Don't have to lessen your posting of content in college, there will be plenty of free time. My poker skills/addiction steadily grew throughout college into a nice profit.

should dramatically increase in college.  Some suggestions:  Blade Runner, Van Wilder, The Freshman, 21, Real Genius.  Of course there's always the standards, Blues Brothers, Caddyshack, Animal House, etc...but hopefully you've already seen these.

believe all the designs in the gloves.  Whatever happened to the traditional black gloves, or even no gloves?  Who are we, Oregon???   (insert sarcasm here)

Dude, we all love Michigan football.  But I hope you gain some perspective....  Don't be that guy who's so invested in a game played by people you don't know or have a connction to, the guy that nobody wants to be around after a loss.  The guy who won't shut up about a sports team.  The guy who acts like he needs everyone in the room to know how much better a fan he is.  The guy who wears only Michigan gear.

All of us are a part of that guy.  Otherwise we wouldn't be here.  But if you ARE that guy, it's not a good thing.
