Not a great end to the half, but that's been pretty typical. Not much you can do when they're just chucking it at the basket and it goes in.

Those were good defensive possessions. Are you telling me that you’d rather the opponent not take those shots?

I’ll take an entire game of those types of shots, because realistically they’re not sustainable. Probably like a 20% chance each of them goes in.

Disappointing end to the half. Could of ran them off the court.  Offense still played great.  Teske getting owned on defense and can’t score. Really needs to find his early season form, quick.

would like to see livers get the ball at the end of half. Simpson always ends up with long 3 or off balance hook in those situations

We need to step on the gas and don’t hurt ourselves with turnovers or stupid fouls and put this in the win column. Of course shooting better will help.

Just run IU off the 3pt line and this should be a relatively easy win. We're winning on the boards, at the line, turnovers, basically every aspect. Simpson is getting everyone good shots, and nobody is in foul trouble. Don't let them junk it up with miraculous three point shooting, and we should win by double digits. The was Simpson is breaking down their defense, he could have fifteen assists by the end. Keep swinging the ball, pump faking on closeouts, and driving hard after the fly by.

I hope we win this first 4 minutes. Expand the lead or at least hold it and gain the momentum back that was lost a little bit towards the end of the half.

I’m with Franz. Like literally what can you do? You can’t even stand in place without getting called for a foul.

Pickup basketball has survived for years without refs and without as many issues. The refs, across the board, are a detriment to the game
