NFL Playoffs - Pickin' and Grinnin' - Who Do You Got?

Mates,

Though college football is over (all star games don't count), for many there is at least some interest in the remaining NFL playoff games.  You've got 4 games this weekend again, 2 today and 2 tomorrow.   Note the Home team is favored in all 4 games by the points I have noted for each:

Saturday

4:30   Colts  @   Chiefs,             5 pt favorites

8:15   Dallas @   L. A. Rams,     7 pts

Sunday

1:30  Chargers @  NE Brady's    4 pts

4:40  Eagles  @   New Orleans   8 pts

I have admittedly watched very little pro football this year.  I could see the Cowboys upsetting the Rams, but other than that the favorites look fairly solid.   Kind of want a NE v. NO super bowl, but who knows.

So the question is, Who do you got?  Pick them with the points.

Have a great weekend.

Colts in an upset. Losing today would be classic Andy Reid. Also, just got to go with the hot hand. The Colts are the hot team right now, and I think Marlon Mack gets going and keeps Mahomes and Co. off the field just long enough to hold on for the win.

Rams in a nail biter, but if Gurley is less than 100%, all bets are off. Wouldn’t shock me to see the Cowboys win. Rams won’t have much of a home field advantage, but they’re the more talented team.

Pats in a come from behind win. Chargers race out to a solid lead and the Chargers D keeps Brady in check for the first half. But Brady does his thing in the second half and leads a brilliant fourth quarter comeback. You just can’t stop Brady in the postseason.

Saints all day. They are as close to unbeatable at home as it gets. I think Foles will make things interesting, but Brees and that offense, within the friendly confines of the Superdome, are just too much to contain for four quarters. And the Eagles decimated secondary is a recipe for disaster against a man like Drew Brees. I could see Foles pulling it off, but he’d have to have an MVP-caliber performance and beat the Saints in a shootout. If they were playing the Rams, I’d pick them in the upset.
