FFS. What the fcuk happened to this MENSA candidate in game 1 versus Maryland? In a loss to OK State? In a loss to WVU at home? A few weeks back to Oklahoma?
Like just sometimes MENSA?
I get you got anger with current M situation.
OK Cool, Hook 'em.

Some serious SEC apologism going on here...

I can't stay awake any longer even hoping for another Matthew McConaghey sighting.

There is only one CFB game left. After watching all of these bowl / CFP games with all of the top teams, I see nothing that tells me we are on the right track without making significant changes.
Nothing.
What I do see is a number of teams that have become resurgent because they did change and adapt.

IDK.
Kirby and the SEC not a great look tonight for a team that claimed they should have had a playoff spot as a 2 loss team.
It's not clear that JH won't change. I wonder if Kirby reconsiders his relationship with Justin Fields after tonight?

This is how I feel. I'm not sure how people with working eyes can disagree.

Yeah. There's obviously a lot of areas where UM looks lacking compared to these top teams but glaring area to me is running back. I don't think the UM running backs would sniff the field at these other schools.

Seems sort of like when Utah played and beat Alabama under Saban - many years back. Texas came ready to play and Georgia despite the talk don't seem to be into the game.

Or when Alabama played Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl after the Kick Six against Auburn

46 seconds and the commentators discussing how Georgia, with not timeouts, can "get a quick touchdown and an onside kick".
What the actual fcuk?
SEC bias is strong

Now that ladies and gentlemen is how you run a 2 minute offense.
Take some fucking notes Jim!

Meanwhile Michigan gets wrecked by UF.

Congrats to Texas.
always liked their fanbase from the Rose Bowl game back in the day.
College football is better when Texas is back to being Texas imo

Georgia and Washington shoulda ran more zone!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, wait, whoops, they did and it didn't work.
That Sugar Bowl was one of the more enjoyable of the bigtime bowl games this year. I think it also goes to show that there's a lot of variance in college football, and good programs with talented players lead by good coaches can still lose.
UGA just finished a three loss season, including stinging losses to Alabama and to a team they were favored against by two touchdowns. And yet, they're still a team on the rise that had a good season, regardless of the gnashing of teeth that might be going on in Georgia right now. The perspective helps me a little.
Happy New Year, y'all!

Washington’s zone kept osu to 28. Brown’s overrated man to man allowed 50+. What’s your point? It’s not scheme versus scheme. It’s scheme, personnel, and opponent.

Herman already has more big wins than harbaugh :(

More top five wins last night than Harbaugh has in his four years here.

Herman is 13-2-1 against the spread as an underdog.
When was the last time Michigan even beat a team as an underdog?
