LJ Scott continues to be a bad driver

This guy should stick to buses or Uber. Personally I would be ok with him not playing against us. He hasn’t been the same as early in his career but he tore us up in a losing effort 2 years ago. But I wouldn’t be surprised if he is back for our game. Not sure if he’s dealing with an injury or not playing because of this. I would guess injury since I’m sure “strict disciplinarian” Dantonio would play him otherwise.

I've been told by a couple of Sparty friends that they suspect he is sitting out with a "minor injury" and that it is his decision when he comes back. They suspect he has checked out and is trying his best to stay healthy for the draft. Also with how poor their OL has been in the run game, it may put more bad games on tape of him.

He’ll be suiting up next week regardless.

Its not the infractions themselves that are bad. It’s the repeated offenses and disgustingly apparent lack of common sense. But Dantonio has shown a penchant for giving 16th and 17th chances so its not at all a surprise.

If there’s no real consequences for your actions, you can’t really ever expect someone to learn anything.

Telling Scott to run left or right reminds me of high school.

Had a guy who was a good athlete, played guard but was dumb or lacked a memory function. Play would get called in the huddle and as we were walking up to the line he would ask the center:" ...which way do I shove them."

I regularly drive for a month or so with expired tags because I lose the stupid renewal notice. I also don't wait for red lights when no one else is around, so I can't give him too much crap.

While I agree it can be easy to forget, I always renew online for 2 years because if it gets down to the wire and you have to go in, you may as well hang yourself.

Random red-lights.  Yeah I got a ticket for that, so I won't now.  Then proved to the policeman the light was broken 15 minutes later and his response was, "well if you ran the red light right now, it'd still be against the law and ticket".  Wouldn't budge.  Sort of curious if they had the light broken for late night ticket generation but whatever.  He was hiding with his light off out of view.
