They've takent a lot of justified penalties but I think this fumble should go to ISU. Whistle seemed to come after the fumble and if the Texas RB had fallen forward you know he'd have gotten the TD, so why shouldn't ISU get the fumble?

what about that dropped pass that forced IAST to kick a FG right before that? They probably would have scored a TD there and chewed up more clock. That was probably an 11 pt dropped pass...
