It stretches so much further back in history than you can imagine.
So. Damn. Fast. I'm in awe... do we dare start a "photoshop the photobomb" thread?
This is MGoBlog! You're damn right we do!
just post tomororw.. gotta have something to do on sunday
is why I miss the old points. 5 =/= 500
Put it on Touchdown Jesus for instance. Or one of those Come at Me Bro memes. Unfortunately, I am not talented enough for Photoshop.
Don't have too much time to play right now, but I thought it would be a good idea to create a library of these for later fun.
I'll try to put an artificial leg later, but this should do for now.
EDIT: Here's the one with the bionic leg.
No disrespect to his other teammates - they'll each deserve their own threads in the future.
Yes his hands are making an M
Sugar Shane it is.
I will when he ceases to be so freakin sweet!!
Cosigned. Have to feel bad for any athlete in the world cursed with the name Shane, because the resultant nickname is as inevitable as it is obnoxious.
I swear I remember him saying in an interview that he doesn't like the nickname because it's unoriginal. I think it was around the time people were for some reason trying to come up with nicknames for all our recruits without seeing them play or knowing anything about them...
Tremendous: Well said, Shane. There's one thing left that I've been wondering: you don't have a nickname, do you?Shane: (laughs) ESPN gave me the nickname "Sugar Shane" Morris. I guess you could say that's it.
Tremendous: Really? You're not an over-the-hill boxer. That's not very original. I saw one suggestion saying "The Senator" because of all the recruiting work you've done.
Shane: It doesn't necessarily matter to me what I am called. It's all good. I get called "Overrated" a lot too. I like that one because I get to prove people wrong.
Tremendous: How about we let the fans decide? Only if you promise to keep it.
Shane: Sure (laughs). I could go with anything, really.

Why would anyone even consider giving him the same nickname as sweatervest?
It was a joke.
Added irony after Mosley's likely final performance last night?
Folks keep talking about the talent on team #134 lol the personalities on that team alone are going to make it great. You got Sugar Shane ( don't like the nickname but meh), Ondre Optimus Pee-Wee Prime, Mike Tha Shit McCray.. ok so I just added Mike cause I like his pseudo nickname. How can you not be a fan?
I believe Mike's nickname on MGoBlog is "The McCrayken"
On the photobomb subject going back to the MSU vs UM gal. I'll go with the UM gal, she's a brunette! And we all know brunettes cause game winning OT field goals to be made.
I'm guessing the blonde's a brunette, too!
wouldn't be guessing---he'd already KNOW!
Shane is definitely all Blue - this is definitely an awesome photobomb. Blazefire has already given us one example in this thread, but I also cannot wait to see what other important historical events in which Shane has asserted Michigan's presence, and I think he'll continue to have the last laugh over Jalin Marshall and company like this when Team 134 arrives too.
Does anyone know when using hands to form the M started? Shane sure seems to be popularizing it, especially with the 2013 recruits.
but the first time I recall seeing it was last year at the AA game.
Is it just me or is Shane Morris strikingly similar to Justin Timberlake...and not just in how he looks, but he how he talks and his manorisms too???
there's got to be a better way to make a block M with your hands. Try pointing just the index fingers with thumbs touching, pointing at the ground, kind of like you're shooting the ground. No limp wrists please.
Loving this.
the best thing I've ever seen, ever
