OT/WTF: Robbie Hummel still plays for Purdue??
November 8th, 2011 at 7:50 AM ^
Tim Tebow anyone? Seemed like he was at Florida the whole last decade, even though he only played for 3 years.
November 8th, 2011 at 7:52 AM ^
dude has been there since the 50's.
November 8th, 2011 at 8:02 AM ^
Tyler Hansbrough seemed to be at UNC forever.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:35 PM ^
I'm convinced that "Tyler Hansbrough" was just Eric Montross with a different haircut.
November 8th, 2011 at 8:04 AM ^
Junior Hemmingway.

Kelvin Grady
I feel like Roundtree is heading down that path.
November 8th, 2011 at 8:32 AM ^
Brandon Weeden was a baseball prospect in 2002. Does that count?
November 8th, 2011 at 8:32 AM ^
Michigan wise - My vote goes for Darnell Hood.
Non-Michigan - Drew Neitzel is a clear #1 followed closely by Scottie Reynolds
November 8th, 2011 at 8:35 AM ^
Vince Bean.
That guy was here for half of Bo's career, it seemed.
November 8th, 2011 at 8:43 AM ^
Case Keenum - I think he has two medical redshirts..
November 8th, 2011 at 8:45 AM ^
I'm pretty sure that he was at Villanova for about 10 years
November 8th, 2011 at 8:46 AM ^
I have a Texas fan friend who complained forever about Oklahoma's quarterback who played four or five games in the red river rivalry. Its early, Name escapes me, but I think he was the undrafted heisman winner.

Dan Herron seems like he has been wearing that ugly red and silver for a very long time. It seems like he backed up Clarrett...
November 8th, 2011 at 10:11 AM ^
Do you remember that guy? He is still attending games in the student section, I think. He wears those lined sunglasses, and wears a blue batman costume. He was one of the original cowbell guys in the student section back when I was in school in the early 90s, I think.
November 8th, 2011 at 10:15 AM ^
Hummel's brother is a Michigan grad. I knew his brother while at Michigan, very nice people.
November 8th, 2011 at 10:21 AM ^
...already
November 8th, 2011 at 10:23 AM ^
Stephen Garcia was throwing pick-sixes during the Bush-Kerry Election.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:40 PM ^
I watch Garcia play in HS down in Tampa. He was throwing to Andre Caldwell, who's been in the NFL for like 6 years.
November 8th, 2011 at 10:29 AM ^
Little known fact: Ron Powlus was on Notre Dame's roster for 9 years
November 8th, 2011 at 2:35 PM ^
Maybe that's the reason Beano predicted multiple NCs & Heismans.
November 8th, 2011 at 11:28 AM ^
My vote is for that 61 year old guy named Alan Moore. He plays for a tiny D3 school, Faulkner university in Montgomery, Alabama. He kicked an extra point...thats all (but it still counts).

He was featured on ESPN's E:60 a few weeks back. Anyone else catch that?

Or Chris Weinke. That clown seemed to play forever. He was like 35 when he graduated too. No NFL team wanted him because he would have been older than most 10 year vets coming out of college...
November 8th, 2011 at 11:59 AM ^
Not only did he seem like he was there forever, he kept switching positions so he always popped up unexpectantly. He's a WR, no a CB, no a WR, no a CB.
Doug Dutch was similar in that way.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:33 PM ^
I'm fairly certain Ricky Stanzi began quarterbacking Iowa sometime around the Chester A. Arthur administration.
Here in Ann Arbor, Brandent Englemon somehow seemed to be here about 8 years, forever beginning the season behind Ryan Mundy and then replacing him midseason.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:43 PM ^
Is this guy like 26 or 27. I think he has been at Ohio longer than Tressel was.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:52 PM ^
Zack Mills
November 8th, 2011 at 1:59 PM ^
I believe he missed a kick that cost ohio state the '69 game leading to a great win in bo's first year and made one in tressels first year.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:42 PM ^
I hate that guy. That is all.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:23 PM ^
Swear that guy must be like 28...
November 8th, 2011 at 2:28 PM ^
All Wisconsin QBs for the last decade (minus Wilson)
November 8th, 2011 at 2:46 PM ^
Why do you say that? Just because Darrell Bevell played against Elvis Grbac, Todd Collins, Brian Griese, Tom Brady, Drew Henson, John Navarre & True Freshman Chad Henne doesn't mean all Wisky QBs play into their mid-30s.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:43 PM ^
Jason Kapono.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:47 PM ^
Chad Henne played a lot of ball
November 8th, 2011 at 3:42 PM ^
