But I don't see why everybody is against 7NA. For years, opponents regularly stated how not loud the Big House was. I don't really think they can say that anymore after the OSU & UTL games this year. And the loudest part of those games was after they played 7NA or "Not Afraid". (Right Eminen song?) Most of the people on this board complaining were likely yelling their heads off during those songs. To me, that's the most fun I've had at the Big House. And while singing "Don't Stop Believing" as we waited on the Fitz Non-TD ruling was pretty lame, it was also alot of fun. Also, while I know you Detroit fans look at the Blue Jackets as the laughingstock that they are, they already play "For those about to Rock" after goals so might want to take that off your list as to not steal a Columbus tradition.

The guy was obviously biased for the hometown hero, that was definitely a three count after john's second fu. Hopefully Johnny's first order of business tomorrow is to fire the crooked ref. |

So according to Brian's thought process, would the 2006 Tigers be your World Series Champions? We beat the Cards 4 times that year, they beat us 4 times. We won 95 games in the regular season against a tougher schedule, they won 83. We went 8-5 in the playoffs, they went 11-5. They won their division, we didn't. Close call but I will give it to the Cards Not sure what my point is but the BCS game was made to put the best 2 teams in the game, they did that. By the way this post sounded alot better in my head than it came out.

| 24 weeks 3 days ago | No Divisions |
You don't come out and say it but it seems like you are arguing that there should be no divisions within conferences. I think there are NCAA rules that force conferences to have divisions in order to have a championship game but I don't understand why. Think about a system in which you play 8 random teams within your conference, then the best two teams play in the championship game. - Avoid SEC's problem where best 3 teams are in one division and then LSU has to play Georgia in what seems like a formality rather than a football game. - Also, Georgia didn't play any of the LSU, Bama, Ark trio while Florida played all three I believe. That's a touch unfair. This might be our problem in the next couple of years as the East division looks like an OSU-Wisky battle with PSU likely going down the crapper and we have to compete with Nebraska, MSU, & Iowa. - Avoid having to play a "rivalry game" so MSU doesn't get the built in advantage of playing Indiana every year while we play OSU, that's a half game right there they get on us every year. With no divisions, sounds like your formula would come out 7-0.
