My home computer was infected by the malware. I downloaded and created a Kaspersky rescue disk - http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk and it removed all the bad stuff. Just burn the ISO on a cd and boot from that cd. Computer works fine now and the download is free. It's worth a try!
...I've been told there is a law stating Clemson and Univ South Carolina must play each other every season. I don't think it has to be the last game, but they have to play.
It's great to see the progress Brock has made. I'm a paraplegic myself since 1971 and I'm greatly impressed that he has come this far. He's managed to take what appears to be a relatively small amount of return and built on it. I'm happy to see his progress and excited for him.
I've watched many videos of others who are determined to walk after an injury like this. Usually what I see is the person lift on parallel bars or a walker and swing their legs forward to move. They also have to wear leg braces and their shoulders wear out quickly from the stress of all the lifting. But in Brock's video I can see him actually raise his legs independently in a walking motion. For me, this is true recovery and he's doing incredibly well with it.
It's the lidocaine mixed in with the cortisone that gives almost immediate relief. The steroids need some time, at least a couple days, for the full benefit.
I've had at least 10 of these injections over the years prior to rotator cuff surgeries.
I wouldn't be surprised if Tate received a shot earlier this week though.
This reminds me of a line from a movie, can't remember the title:
"It's like watching my worst enemy drive over a cliff... in my new Mercedes."
Or something like that.
I just watched this on MSNBC. To me, Bacon was clearly supportive of the Michigan program. He even mentioned the apparent Rosenberg effort to run Coach Rod out of Ann Arbor.
It was a short segment, but very sweet!
I don't believe the NCAA will do a thing about these "accusations". I say that because I can't get myself to believe that no one from the NCAA has read the ESPN report Brian mentions. If this was such a huge deal, Urban Meyer would have been sanctioned right out of a coaching job.
ESPN.Com runs a report about off season conditioning and it's a complement for Urban Meyer. Freep runs basically the same story about Michigan and Coach Rod and it's an expose!
Looks to me like ESPN and Ivan Maisel could sue the freep and Rosenberg/Snyder for plagarism!
I watched it for twenty minutes before I couldn't take it anymore and switched channels to watch something less irritating, like Rachel Ray. I hoped to see more about the players, but they seemed more intent on telling you how great the Elite 11 camp really is.
1. Born in Battle Creek and grew up in that area.
2. In 5th grade, for a reading assignment I read "Rose Bowl All American" and I've been a Michigan fan since then.
3. Went to High School in Union City. Moved South in 1986 and lived in Florida for a few years before landing in South Carolina.
True Blood is a good show, but not as good as the Sopranos, Dexter, or Lost IMO.
I always describe it to non-watchers as comic-bookish.
I hope I don't lose the only two points I have for using two hyphenated terms in one sentence...
Yes! When we hear the band on television they sound great. If the band can be mic'd for television, surely there's a way to amplify that same sound at the stadium, true?
Coach, first off, congratulations on surviving your first year at Michigan in spite of freep reports designed to undermine your efforts. My question is, how do you and the rest of your staff like working with your new defensive coordinator and do you feel the defense will allow fewer big plays this year?

So stranger things have happened.
Is this a nod to DRob?
Agreed. I also believe it's no coincidence this interview appears in the freep on the Sunday before the first kickoff. Just like last years hit piece.
I've been looking for this on my Dish schedule.
"Either way, congrats on beating out MSU and CMU for an OL."
We're proud to have Jake. Because if he was just large, fat and lazy he'd be playing for OSU.
So thank you!
